Overlooking the Waikoloa Village golf course with ocean views beyond, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation, convenience, and island charm.

Located just a short drive from some of the island’s best beaches, the condo is also minutes from Waikoloa Village’s restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and a new nearby shopping plaza with additional dining and shopping options.

Scenic ground-floor retreat with expansive views of the Waikoloa golf course with the ocean in the distance. Large private lanai—ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or unwinding with a book. Lush tropical landscaping with frequent visits from local wildlife, including wild turkeys. Enjoy watching golfers during the day and taking in spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Beach-ready for island adventures. We provide everything you need for easy, relaxed beach days:

-Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels
-Snorkel gear and boogie boards
-Insulated cooler for full days at the beach

Kerrie is a super woman in all parts of hosting units and making sure clients stays are perfect. She was so welcoming along with being super efficient and adept at all parts of her duties. The units she manages are completely stocked with quality items and very clean throughout. We are definitely coming back.

Great stay!

This was a quiet, clean condo with a great view/lanai overlooking the golf course on down to the ocean. Waikoloa village is a bit off the beaten path but reasonably close to the big resorts on the Kona coast. Had a lovely vacation with this as our home base!

The location was quiet and pretty, exactly what we wanted. Sunset view is fantastic!

I love the sounds of the turkeys on the property with each sunrise. Parking was so easy and always a spot open.

Beautiful Community

We loved our stay in Waikoloa! The condo was beautiful, the community was peaceful and quiet. The condo has an amazing view of the golf course and the ocean. We absolutely loved our stay and it had everything we needed and were looking for.

Property was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view from the lanai. They even had beach stuff and coolers available for the guests which I appreciated even though I didn't use. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Golf view

This property is reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable! While it isn’t a beachfront property, there are several beaches to choose from within a 20 minute drive. It was quiet and the unit was stocked with everything we needed.

Great anniversary trip

Husband and I stayed here to celebrate our annniversary. Had the sweetest welcome basket/card when we arrived at our condo. Everything you could possibly need for the beach is already provided and the on-site pool/hot tub was awesome as well! Property manager Kerrie was super easy to contact and communicate with, a huge plus in my book! Loved the location of the property as well, short drive to just about anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again, loved it!!!

We loved our stay in Waikoloa Village. Very clean and modern. Kerrie was wonderful to work with. Even without AC in the unit, most nights it was just fine and cool enough with windows open. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations!

The beautiful condo at Waikoloa Viilas E-7 was top notch. It was very clean and inviting with every amenity you could think of including beach equipment. We loved the welcoming fruit basket. There were so many nice touches to make us feel at home. The recliners were our favorite. We would like to come again. Thank you so much.

Perfect condo for two

Wonderful spot. enjoyed the lanai looking over the golf course. Nene family had two chicks while we were here. Kitchen well equipped. Extra amenities like beach equipment. Much appreciated.
