Good Value
This unit is fairly basic, but it was a good value for us and met our needs.
The pros: very spacious unit, nice view of the pond in the back, not a busy neighborhood, always able to park right in front of unit, washer/dryer, internet, etc.
The cons: unit backs up to the highway and can get very noisy rom the passing cars, checking in and getting a gate card was a bit cumbersome (they charge $10 for a card but you get it back, so be sure to keep it out of the heat and return your card!), floors are really squeaky (I've stayed in another unit and those floors were also very squeaky, so I think this was more the fault of the builder), there are cameras outside the front and rear doors, which made us feel like we were being watched, and the unit probably had not ever been updated since it was built (i.e., original countertops, carpet upstairs, etc.).
Again, though, for what we paid, I feel we got a good value.
