Nice place to stay

I was staying with my 2 children in this house for 16 nights.The house and the surrounding area are very nice. I loved walking around (not passing the gates though, as a lot of wild life present in this area).Plenty of place for jogging on local estate roads if you do not want to use gym.The house is within 5 min from the main pool, so we didn’t suffer, that we didn’t have private pool at the property. I actually quite liked seeing people around and my boy was playing with the other children at the pool.In relation to the house, it was very clean, all necessary stuff present, plenty of blankets and pillows.The communication with the manager of the property was excellent. She gave me several valuable tips when asked. We didn’t use TVs, so don’t know anything about the channels.The wi-fi was good.As a little suggestion, I would be grateful to find on arrival a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. It was hot and we arrived with the late flight. Basically, you have to drive to the shops. Luckily I managed to do some shopping as Walmart, which was 10 min drive away was still open.In one of the bedrooms where I ended up sleeping, I would put curtains as the blinds didn’t protect the room from the morning light well. Again, it’s probably the matter of preferences.All in all, nice house. Nice area. We didn’t have any issues. I would suggest to read the welcome book instructions. I found them useful. I would recommend this property without any doubts.

Weekend away

We arrived at the property and it was immaculate! Check in was seamless and Vania was lovely and checked in with us to ensure our satisfaction. The home was very clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely book with this host in the future.

So clean comfy and close to all the parks

I was so pleased with this property. So well appointed, clean, and presented like a model home. My kids didn't want to leave. It was only about a 10 min drive to the WDW parks and plenty of restaurants and stores close by. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very kind and accomodating. The only issue is the tub in the primary bedroom makes noise as you step around and it may be time to replace the toaster but I still give it 5 stars because it was otherwise perfect for us. I would 100% pick this unit again.

Perfect property

We have stayed on this particular resort several times, and this property did not disappoint. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, modern and well kept. Would highly recommend, and stay again.

Great Kissimmee resort

Property was excellent for our needs. Pool was nice and not crowded (Feb. & Mar.) The resort had a gate so we felt safe and enjoyed walks in the complex.

Great vacation spot

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location in a gated resort area off the main road (Rte 192). Easy access to everything you might need including a shortcut to Disney!! Property is well maintained, clean and welcoming. Communication with the Property manager as well as the owner was excellent. Very prompt and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend

Great for family vacation.

Perfect Stay. Clean. Good location. Good communication with property manger. We enjoyed the community pool. The pool was heated and warm in November.

Great for a Disney vacation

Place was clean. Very convenient for our Disney vacation, was about a 20 min drive to the main parks. Only wished we had more time to swim at the pool but that was because we spent so much time at Disney. Property manager was very nice and easy to work with.

Community management and security

Wonderful accomidations. We will look forward to staying here again. But on-site management and security personnel at check in are less than gracious. Security hung up phone on me. Manager is prickly at best. Not a smile among them. Sad.

Very pleasant, very quiet, excellent resort

It is located in a lovely and secure gated resort community. Pool and tiki bar were fun. All of the grounds had pretty landscaping that was well kept up. When a couple of small issues came up, the property manager solved them in a heartbeat and checked with us regularly to see how we were enjoying our month-long stay. Very nice!

Excellent Stay

This property had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had everything to cook a full meal, the living room and bedrooms were comfortable and inviting and it had a full laundry room as well. They also had plenty of linens for each bedroom and bathroom. The property looked just like the pictures online and was very clean. We had one problem with our tv and the property manager was very responsive and had it fixed quickly. It was close to all of Orlando’s attractions and the neighborhood was beautiful. The clubhouse had a great pool, putt-putt and a playground. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation

The property manager was very responsive and polite. The house was very clean, comfortable, and it had everything we needed on vacation. The location was great for traveling to Disney World as it was close by. This is a gated community, so for two females traveling, we felt safe. My daughter and I would definitely rent here again on vacation!

Nice and quiet

This is not my first stay at this resort or with this property owner, and it won’t be my last. Clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Resort is quiet and is good location for a morning walk or jog. Restaurants and groceries are close by. Property manager responds quickly to answer any questions before and during stay.

Quiet Resort

The property is located in a very quiet and clean resort. The check-in process was easy, and the gated entry each day was hassle-free. Traveling to and from the Disney parks was pretty easy each day. One area on the route was pretty congested in the afternoons, but by the end of the week, we had figured out a way to avoid it. The property iself is clean. We enjoyed having the extra half-bath on the first floor. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, but didn't do any cooking - just reheating of leftovers. Parking right out the front door was amazing. The unit could use some minor updates (the cabinet doors in the master bath were squeaky) and so was the floor of the master tub, so much so that I spent every morning trying to figure out where to put my feet as to not wake up my husband! There were no ceiling fans in the two guest bedrooms, but the fans we found in the closets were appreciated! I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons at this unit. If you are looking for a nice quiet townhome fairly close to the theme parks, this will meet your needs.
