The cleaning crew needs an upgrade. There were lots of things not cleaned properly. Crumbs under couch, candy wrappers under bed in master BR. Many fingerprints on sliding glass doors to balcony. Balcony floor was spotted and dirty. Only one pot holder in kitchen. Instructions for renters…It took 2 days to figure out how to work ice maker and 3 days how to find channels we wanted on the TV. Light in master BR on night stand was broken.Hope this helps

Relaxing Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

This unit is spacious, offers stunning views, and is literally a few steps to the beautiful ocean. The pool is small, but clean and refreshing. The only improvements we could suggest are that the beds are not very comfortable- we were tempted to buy a mattress pad but didn't want to spend the extra money. The washer/dryer chewed up a couple items (thankfully they weren't expensive clothes). The bbq for the building is pretty nasty and we couldn't do the cookout that we planned, but the kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this unit and would love to come again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We'll have the beds and the washer and dryer evaluated. We apologize that the grill wasn't cleaned properly for your arrival and would have been happy to have corrected that issue for you. We'll see you again soon.

Review

Only cons were one elevator for building and check in process. Elevator made it take longer to move bags into condo and spent time waiting on it during high usage times. Emails for check in we're not accurate. Instructed to come to office to check in. When we came to the office they said they would text us when it was ready. Check in was at 3 but room was not ready until 5pm.

Excellent digital representation of actual property. Would recommend to potential vacationers.

Excellent location for "things to do", or simply relaxing. Close to plethora of restaurants and shopping. Thanks for the memory.

Minor hiccups, but overall beautiful stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week long vacation. The property and location were wonderful, as well as the property managers. We had a few small problems, but they were addressed and resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again! ♥️

Great Weekend Getaway

A group of six adults enjoyed the condo for a weekend trip to Myrtle Beach. It was close to most attractions, but being oceanfront was priority for us. The condo was clean, well decorated, and just as shown. Check-in would be easier if you could use the key pad on the door vs driving to the realtor's office at another location. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great choice for an oceanfront condo

This was a beautiful, well kept, tastefully decorated condo. It is even prettier in person. The fireplace was great for my first night as it was a bit chilly out. The balcony was so large it literally was an extension of the Condo. The building is clean and extremely well kept. The pool and picnic areas were very inviting. The location is excellent, there is even a few local "oceanfront" restaurants that you could walk to that were excellent as well as a short car ride staying on Ocean Blvd and not having to get on Hwy 17 where the traffic is busy, was also a nice plus. If it's space you want for just one or two of you, this is the place! Or if you book for a Family, there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep and eat! I had a fantastic vacation getaway and perfect weather for my entire stay. I highly recommend you give this Condo a try. You will love it!
