Set in the beautiful ‘Magnolias Cottages by the Sea’ subdivision. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood. All bedrooms have private baths. Close (3 minute) walk to the deeded beach access. Heated community pool is located directly across the street from the property. This charming community is conveniently located approximately one mile from Alys Beach and ‘The Big Chill’ (formerly ‘The Hub’) and approximately three miles from Seaside. These areas offer an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The home also has 3 private decks/balconies to enjoy grilling, eating and lounging.

Another great week in Seacrest!

This is our second year renting this house and we had another great vacay! The house is in a great location and very comfortable/clean, has everything you need. Doug is also super easy to deal with, we will be back again!

Wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back! The house is beautiful and in a great area with an easy walk to the beach and everything you need is on hand at the house. Doug was super easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions.

Great house…excellent value

We recently stayed at this home for our son’s spring break and we were very pleased. The home recently underwent a renovation and it turned out nicely. The location was fantastic and we were pleased it allowed golf cart rentals. Unfortunately Alys Beach and Rosemary preclude golf cart rentals. The community pool was extremely convenient being next to the home. We enjoyed the multiple balconies with the nice weather. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful place

Wonderful place to stay. Only disadvantage was the beach access across from house is private property so you have to walk down past the yellow flag. Not great when you have a big family and lots of stuff. Also there are tons of stairs. The place was beautiful and right across from the pool. Kitchen has everything you needed and more which was amazing!!

Amazing vacation rental

We had a pleasure staying at this vacation home! It is more equipped than any other rental I’ve ever been in on 30a. Everything you need for kitchen supplies, beach chairs, even boogie boards for the kids. Host made things very easy. Our family loved it. Only tip is that the beach access is super close but it seems the properties on the actual water have a monopoly on that. The guys putting chairs up are rude and remind every time you come down the stairs to walk further down the beach.

Amazing property!!

We spent 7 days with family. Home is beautiful and great location to the beach and pool. Loved the layout of the home. All bedrooms were on main floor with living, dining and kitchen upstairs. The beds were very comfortable and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Bring a beach wagon for all your beach stuff. It Will make the walk much easier. On a side note…make sure you eat at the old Florida Fish House. We loved it.

Great Value

Great Value, super nice if you have kids 12 and under. House is closest house on block to the very nice clean pool. Owners supplied every amenity possible. We needed a bigger cooler and a pizza cutter for 8 days. That was it. Extraordinarily equipped. Plenty of bikes, chairs, whatever else. Property more than well kept. Wife didn’t want to leave, We will be back.

Best Bany for your Buck!

Literally one of the best houses we have stayed at! We have stayed around the 30A area and seacrest as well and it is safe to say that the location for this house, the cleanliness, professionalism, and overall is just as listed and we were satisfied with our stay! 100% recommended to anyone wanting to visit seacrest!!

We have vacationed in the Gulf of Mexico for more than 25 years and love the area! We bought our first vacation property in Fort Walton Beach, FL and decided we would always have a place in on the Emerald Coast!

Eaves Safstrom LLC was formed a little over 3 years ago. Our first property was located in Prominence, about one mile west of our current vacation home. We enjoyed great success but wanted to offer our guests a more private, beach centric experience. When we found Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, we knew we had found our next opportunity. We are very excited to offer this property to our guests and hope you love it as much as we do!
