Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy walk to the beach, convenience of a community pool and great area. The house was clean, great open concept and roomy bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday 30A is one of our favorite houses in Magnolia Cottages. It was very clean, decorated nicely, close to the pool/ocean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bikes and beach equipment were an excellent touch. We will definitely be back!

The cottage was excellent! Our family had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at Jane’s place. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, clean, and spacious the cottage was. The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and Jane was an incredibly gracious host who was always quick to answer any questions. We highly recommend this cottage and would gladly stay here again!

Family Beach Trip

We loved staying in the Magnolia cottages for our trip over Easter with family. Check in was super easy, the house had everything we needed, and it was close to beach and everything else!

House was very clean and located in a great neighborhood, which is somewhat secluded, despite being on a major highway. Does not feel like it was in a typical touristy area. Host is very responsive. I recommend it.

We recently stayed for seven nights at this beach house, and we were very happy with it! We have stayed at two other houses in the same neighborhood previously, and this entire neighborhood is great. The location is perfect for those wanting a quiet and relaxing family vacation, but it's also close to shopping and restaurants if you'd like to ride bikes there or just drive. There were plenty of bikes for our family of five (two adults, two teens, and one child). There were carts/wagons to carry beach gear, which made things easy when hauling the provided umbrellas and chairs to the beach. The house was clean and roomy, and they also had TVs for watching movies together at night. We had all the equipment we needed for making meals. All of us were happy with this house and enjoyed our time relaxing there, visiting the beach, and riding bikes to restaurants and shopping. Thank you!

Amazing stay

The property was amazing, it was in a very safe neighborhood close to the pool and to the beach. The house had all the amenities you needed it even included bikes and beach chairs, and a beach wagon. I would definitely stay there again.

It was love at first sight! Our family enjoyed the property in every way. It was secluded and quiet yet close enough to things we like to do. It was clean and well stocked. Another stay is what we’re looking forward to.

Excellent stay!

Very peaceful and private location. Back porch/yard is fantastic and cooked out on grill provided. Walked to beach and pool each day, leveraging beach equipment and supplies which were all made available to us, including 4 bikes! Definitely will visit again in the future.

It was a great labor day weekend with friends. Each couple having their own room and bathroom was clutch. The kitchen was full of all the items wet needed to be able to cook dinner one night. The location was great and very quiet. Hope to book it again next year if we're able to make it back

Great family getaway

Our family had a lovely stay at Holiday 30A. The house was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all the area has to offer. Pool and beach access were easy. We especially appreciate the management team mailing us a personal item we left behind.

Great house!

Great House with plenty of space for family!

Great looking house with plenty of space for both of our families. Pool and Beach are a little walk but worth it based off having your own spacious house. Has Shed with plenty of space to put any sand equipment and equipment for use for the whole family. We would definitely book again!

Great location! Great property!

The property was so perfect. We had two adult sisters and our teenage daughters for a special spring break. The condo was so cute, clean, quiet and welcoming. We all felt comfortable, slept great and created so many great memories. The property was also in a perfect location to the pool and beach and was priced vey reasonably. The bikes and beach chairs were also such a nice bonus. We hope to go back!
