All four bedrooms have a queen sized bed, dresser, and tv. All televisions have smart tv capabilities and are signed into Hulu Live which has about 45 live channels and the whole Hulu library. You can also sign into your own accounts like Netflix and Disney+. The dining table seats six people. There are cups, bowls, plates, eating utensils, and all sorts of cookware like pots, pans, crockpot, etc. There is a smart lock on the front door that makes check in very simple. Every guests gets a new code to open the door and can check in on their own after check in time. The property is about a 15 minute drive the the Strip. Each bathroom with a shower has body soap, conditioner, and shampoo provided.

Great Home and Host. Place is well equipped with all the supplies, towels and more. Perfect place for families. Host was prompt sharing the arrival info and all required information.

Another excellent stay

This is the second time we've stayed at Joe's property for a softball tourney and we are already looking to book it for next years. Couldn't ask for a better place - plenty of room and great location.

We loved it here! Very spacious. Kids up stairs and a secluded suite downstairs. TVs everywhere. Very close to shopping centers including Neighborhood Walmart, cvs, lows, Sam club, five guys, etc. Host was attentive, responds fast. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Comfortable Stay

House was large enough to give everyone their privacy and very comfortable for everyone. Minor issues that were resolved rather quickly and no big deal at all. Location was great and a quick 15 min drive to any location we needed to be. The no street parking was not a big issue for us as we carpooled but it was disclosed in the description and owner does allow for the side gate to be opened for additional parking as well as parking in the garage. Would stay here again!

Decent

Grill was super dirty from previous people . So greasy I couldn’t use it . we walked in and it smelled like the cleaners helped them selves to the bathroom before we arrived . Blankets a little crusty .

Not very clean

The home just really seems like it hasn’t been upkept or cleaned in awhile. The master bedroom bedding had a lot of sand and dirt in the bed. Bathroom has tub definitely needs a good scrub. Everything just had a good level of dirt and dust on it including walls

BEST HOUSE!

Me and my family loved this house it is perfect! It has everything. This family has thought of everything from extra blankets and pillows to coffee maker of both kind and toys for the little ones. We have stayed at many different house from South Dakota to Florida and by far the BEST! it even has a big back yard and a grill for hotdogs and burgers. It is a great neighborhood and close to everything also the house has a master bedroom downstairs and also very big bedrooms upstairs and the washer and dryer is upstairs I loved that. They left plenty of washing powder and also dishes and dish detergent. They went above and beyond with everything. The beds are very comfortable also. Hopefully we can get a chance to stay in this house again.

.First, when we got to the property, we could not enter, we had to call the homeowner several times to get the code, then find out that he didn't even put the right code in. Just before we checked in the homeowner told us that there was going to be an issue with the water.He said that it would be turned off, but only for a few hours come to find out we had no water for over a day. Very inconvenient considering we were planning on showering and eating in for the first day that we were in las vegas. After checking in, we went into the backyard and there was broken glass all over the floor the homeowner also told us that there would be propane for the gas grill in the back which there was none.And the gas grill was filthy.Checkout process was confusing because the homeowner had us stripping the beds and doing the laundry for him.

The place was disgusting. None of the floors were swept. If you walked through the house Barefoot your feet would be black. It reeked of pot. We found dried pot plant pieces under the coffee table and randomly in different places on the carpet. Carpet definitely hadn't been vacuumed. There was dirt and trash and lint all over the floors. We found some sort of pill in the master bedroom. The bed sheets had stains on them and only one of the beds were made. The pull-out couch bed was broken. As soon as we got there, we had to vacuum and sweep all the floors as well as wash all the sheets. The dryer wasn't working so we had to sleep on the bare mattresses. We ended up putting down clothes, towels, and sheets we brought for the trip so we weren't touching the mattresses. The last thing we wanted to do after dragging the grandkids 12 hours was have to clean this house. If the budget wasn't tight, and had we not paid 700 and some dollars to stay here, I would have gone somewhere else.

We had to hang bedding to dry because the sheets were dirty and dryer element was broken

Great experience at this property. Host was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with dishware and appliances and the bathroom amenities. Will be staying here again next time we come to Vegas. Thank you!

Amazing

Very clan and spacious, just a short drive from the strip! Kid friendly. It was toys in the closet and a stroller if needed we forgot ours so it was perfect. Nice big backyard would love to booked again in the future

Had to clean everything including sheets just to feel comfortable Mattress stained. Recent ratings are clearly not accurate Grill was gross. Back yard littered.

Great House for large group

Amazing Stay for Our Group of 10!We had an incredible time at this house in Las Vegas! We rented it for a group of 10, and it was the perfect size for all of us. The house was spacious, and had plenty of parking. Every room was well-appointed, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The common areas were especially great for hanging out and enjoying each other’s company, and we loved the large kitchen for cooking meals together.The host was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.We can't recommend this place enough if you're planning a group getaway to Vegas. It was the perfect spot for making lasting memories, and we will definitely be back!
