Lovely place!

This place is lovely! The kitchen is very well equipped for a rental. It was clean, quiet, nice neighborhood, close to shops for easy store runs. Would recommend and will likely stay again next time we visit family!

Fabulous cozy home

It was such a a treat for our party of 7 to have a safe and comfortable home to stay in. It was a great location for venturing our into the city but having a solid and quiet home base to come to. Nearby to lots of restaurants, grocery options, and anything we might need.

Just wrapped up one of our best stays in Las Vegas! The VRBO we stayed at was in a great location—super close to restaurants and stores. The house was very clean and the host was quick to respond anytime we had a question. Only thing I’d recommend is TVs in the extra bedrooms and maybe a few more face towels. Other than that—10/10 experience!

Great property!

I've stayed at numerous rentals, and this is by far the best ever. Brand new, super clean, nice size rooms/bathrooms, comfortable beds, and close to every type of food imaginable. I did want to note that traffic noise can be loud at times, the coffee maker is very, very slow, and someone else has the same garage door frequency and the door will open randomly, although these are no reasons not to stay here.

This property is EXCELLENT!!! The host was most accommodating and the residence was properly equipped with all things necessary for a home away from home experience. It is extremely clean, well-kept and located in the perfect location if you want to be in Vegas while having the opportunity to live outside of the hustle and bustle of city center.

Very spacious and pristine property. The owner did a great job of ensuring all the typical at home items were available. Location of property was convenient to shops, restaurants and local casinos.

Practically perfect in every way.

Enjoyed stay. Clean. Had problem with front door lock. Someone must have a garage door opener with similar opening ability. Every morning we found garage door open after we closed it the night before. Also, bathtub did not want to drain. But, we enjoyed the house. Only mentioned these few issues in order for you to check out. We will hopefully use this house again.

Best Property and Accurate Listing

First, let me say that the communication with the host David and finalizing details for checking in was flawless. This property is brand new and everything you need is provided to you as a guest. Simply a home away from home. I can tell you that should I bring my family or a group of 8 max again I’d reserve this property in an instant. Shops and numerable eating places are a few minutes away including a Walmart Super Center. Traveling to downtown or the strip is easy despite the moderate to heavy traffic. It’s definitely a Five Star Stay. Ben and Jenny
