Welcome to this charming vacation home with four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. As you step inside, you're greeted by a vast open space that combines two separate dining room tables and the living room, boasting high ceilings that create an airy and inviting atmosphere. Moving past the living area, you'll find the well-appointed kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals.

To the left of the house, there's the luxurious primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo, and private access to the screened-in porch where you can enjoy the serenity of the outdoors. Near the kitchen, you'll discover the guest king bedroom with its private bath, providing comfort and privacy for your guests.

On the right side of the home, you'll find a cozy guest queen room, perfect for a peaceful night's rest. The last bedroom is a delightful double bunk room equipped with twin over twin beds, creating a fun and inviting space for younger guests. This room shares a hall bath with the adjacent guest queen room, ensuring convenience for all your visitors. This vacation home is a perfect retreat, offering both comfort and style for your getaway.

Stepping outside of the kitchen, you'll find a spacious porch with a propane gas grill and outdoor dining table that offers stunning views of the pool deck. A great family vacation spot

We had a range of ages and this house was perfect! The walk to the beach was truly only 7-8 minutes. The outdoor spaces allowed for various activities when not in the pool or hot tub. The bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out. Would recommend this stay to anyone not bothered by climbing steps - it was well worth the effort!

perfect getaway

Our family enjoyed the home. A little older, but was clean and no pest.. We absolutely loved the pool. The short walk to the beach was only about 10 min. away and an easy walk for our family.. The street the house was located on was quite and peaceful. We have saved this home for future family get aways!

Perfect location, family friendly house

The house is an easy walk to the beach with all the amenities you could want. The property manager was fantastic to work with and the property was clean and ready for our arrival. Highly recommend!

Best vacation ever

The property loccation was the best, very private with pool and the beach only a block away! Beachside Getaway was amazing and available with any questions we had throughout the week. Extremely clean and organized wiyh fresh towels on each bed upon arrival...and there were a total 7 beds! Definitely will be back again!!!

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of indoor and outdoor room. Secluded yet very close to beach. Maybe 6 minute walk. The property management were the beat we have ever dealt with and we have been married 35 years with a lot of vacations behind us.

Great Rental for Families with Young Adults

We enjoyed our stay at 16 Hickory very much. Our adult children really loved the hot tub and ping pong table. The rental is an easy six minute walk to the beach. Although the house would benefit from some updating, the listing was very accurate and the kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever seen in a rental. We also loved that it was pet friendly so we could have our dog with us. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location! Lovely house!

We have visited HHI several times and I think our entire group decided this house has been our favorite so far. The location of the house was excellent, very close to the beach as well as close to shopping and restaurants too. The house is tucked at the end of the street and gives you somewhat of a secluded feel. The pictures on the listing don’t do this house justice, it was very nice and clean and spacious for our party of 7. The pool was great, the deck provided shade over the pool which was great since we have little ones. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Heritage 2023

We stayed at this house for heritage 2023 and loved it!! The pictures really do not do it justice. One bathroom shower is a little tight, But my brothers are 6'3. Beds are incredibly comfortable great communication from the property manager and perfect location. Any time we can stay on Hickory Ln we do! Trail to the beach is directly across the road and you are between sea pines and Coligny Plaza/Beach.

Appropriate space

The house was what we were looking for. With 3 11 yr old boys & 1 teenage sister we needed enough space so no one was getting in someone else’s space. This property delivered & the 7 minute walk to the beach with the whole way being in the shade was a bonus.

Family Vacation

This house had everything we needed along with being pet friendly. The house was clean, modern and the kitchen was well stocked. Providing linens, towels and even having beach chairs and an umbrella was a bonus for us. The pool was a nice size and the walk to the beach was not too far. We all enjoyed our stay!
