Thank you for your review. The wooden decks have been being replaced, but with turning over to new guests each Saturday, they have had to work between guests each Saturday to get this completed. We also had rotting wood siding replaced as well, however, they should not be leaving their materials there all week - we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your review. We are working with the owner to hopefully schedule some updates to the property this Winter. I do apologize for the end of your vacation, however, no mistakes were made on our part. You originally asked if you could extend one night and when I gave you the rate, you said you would find lodging elsewhere for the last night, so you did not pay to extend your stay another day. We asked you to leave on the day you were supposed to. I apologize for the misunderstanding. Thank you, Selena

Thank you for your review. We would have been happy to take care of the issues we could while you were here if you had called. Sometimes, we like to leave TV's on the weather channel for incoming guests so that they don't have any issues with turning on the TV's.. You'd be surprised how many calls we get for TV's not coming on. We are always willing and glad to call housekeeping or pool companies back for any issues. We are working with our handy man to dig a new drain pipe out back so that the sand bags will not be needed at the back door. But before that can happen, any heavy rainfall will flood into the back door due to the current drain. It is an issue we are working to fix, but it's not something we can have done in a day. We hope you choose to come back again and note that we are always here to take care of any and all issues/concerns upon your arrival. Selena
