For parking, we offer a covered carport at the top of the driveway, ideal for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles, like SUVs or trucks, will find two convenient spots at the bottom of the driveway due to its steep slope. Please be aware that the driveway is VERY steep.

While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

Great home with lots of kitchen items to assist you with your stay. The steep driveway is a bit of a challenge, but we just parked along the road in the spot offered. Overall, great communication with owners and happy with our stay!

Cabin was a perfect fit for our group, especially having a bedroom and full bathroom on the first level for my 90 year old mother. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Enjoyed the hot tub too and all the outdoor seating.

Very clean and cozy!! Not quite as large as the pictures seem, however it fit us very comfortably. Kitchen was fun to cook in and quality of appliances/dishware were nice. Location is great to downtown Prescott, but far away enough to not hear anything. Driveway is EXTREMELY steep, so we parked at the bottom which was fine because there is a clear and well lit path up. Stairs can be a little slippery and narrow, so we just took our time. Backyard is the best I've ever stayed in. Spent a lot time just enjoying it. Overall fantastic property and we would love to stay here again.

Truly one of our favorite stays. The house was amazingly clean with beautiful furnishings and well appointed kitchen items. You immediately felt at home and welcomed. The patio and spa was such a treat in the evening under the glow of the hanging lights. Quiet neighborhood, great communication. Close to Whiskey Row and trails. We will stay here again on our next trip to Prescott. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Everything was wonderful! I loved the hot tub, kids enjoyed roasting smores. Appreciated all the little details, like full array of spices. We parked at the bottom due to having an suv and it was fine even with me being out of shape. Communication, check in, location, all was wonderful! Highly recommend!

This home was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, felt very secluded yet not far from places to go. It was clean, and just had a wonderful atmosphere. It was a very relaxing stay, with the hot tub and the fire pit and bring able to grill our own dinner. We hope to make repeat visits!

Overall, a great property with proximity to enjoy everything Prescott has to offer while having a quiet, secluded refuge for your downtime. We did most of our own cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked - like being at home! Interior was well furnished/decorated and felt very comfortable. We spent much of our time in the outdoor living space which was great. Great fire pit and well stocked with wood. We parked at the bottom of the driveway as it's much easier and went in/out of front door. Ken was an excellent host who communicated very well.

This place was amazing! It was perfect for the weekend visiting my son at Embry Riddle with family. It was clean and beautiful, and the beds were so comfortable and soft. It was decorated so cute and creative but functional. There were a lot of fans accessible to help with the heat which was really nice. The hot tub was the perfect temperature already at arrival and easily accessible and clean with a towel rack. There was great lighting outside and the fire pit was very easy to enjoy as well. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked. Checking in and out was also easy. We had no issues and the hosts are friendly and responsive. We would stay here again!

Excellent stay for family

Our family had a great stay. The home was perfect, clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The hot tub was a refreshing relief at end of a long day of walking.
