Welcome to The Yellowfin Inn. Our new home away from home. This new construction offers an open floor plan and an awesome outdoor space for the family to enjoy. Direct canal views and a location that is equidistant to the Gulf of Mexico beaches and Pine Ave. restaurants and shops. Our home offers three paddleboards, a putting green and a beach cart to cater to all your outdoor needs. Come experience a stay at The Yellowfin Inn and soak in all that Anna Maria Island has to offer.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Yellowfin Inn! The house was spacious and beautifully appointed and it had all the comforts of home and then some. The pool and hot tub gave us plenty to do on rainy days - and the beach and restaurants were within walking distance once the rain cleared out. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again!!

Amazing

The home was beautiful and accommodated us all very comfortably. The location was perfect and walking distance from the beach.

Stunning!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The view out the back is amazing! The location is perfect and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and to Pine street to do some shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

Paradise in Anna Maria

The property was amazing: extremely kid friendly (locking gate at top of spiral stairs, great location - close proximity to beach & Pine Avenue, outstanding amenities - paddleboards, kayak, bikes, wagon for the beach, gas fire pit, grill, ping pong table, beautiful pool & hot tub, putting green, plenty of towels & beach towels, very well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, bowls, etc. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing. Perfect layout and location. Lots of fun things to do at the house.

Great communication and quick responses from property managers. Pool and hot tub never heated up, but other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely rent this house again.

Perfection

Beautiful home, easy walk to the beach. We loved having bikes and paddle boards for use in the canal and ocean. The pool was so refreshing being half in the shade. This rental house was perfection!

It’s a nice place for the most part. Cleaning was not great. Under the beds and behind dressers we found half eaten candy, garbage, and dust where you can tell they haven’t cleaned in months. Master bedroom had 1/2 roll of toilet paper on the roll and no spares anywhere until you bought your own. Disappointing how dirty areas were and lack of basic supplies for the rent they charge.

Great location and property.

We loved our stay at this home. The only things that were not up to standards of this luxury rental were the grill and kitchen supplies. We read it was fully stocked but we disagree. Only one adult bike has tires with air. Those were small issues and we enjoyed our stay.

AMI Heaven

The Yellowfin house was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable for 6 adults. The location could not have been better and it had everything we could have needed and more. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty of towels and beach towels. We had access to paddle boards, kayak, bicycles and we used them all. Very close to the beach, an easy walk. It was cool and breezy for most of our stay so the hot tub was a real blessing. The pool was very clean and the back yard was so nice. I just can’t say enough good things about it. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return sometime. A nice reprieve from the ND cold.

Perfection!! That one word summarizes our stay at the Yellowfin Inn!! From the moment we arrived it far exceeded our expeditions. We have rented homes for at least 15 years and this one takes the cake! The house was immaculate and that says a lot given the amount of sand that a beach house accumulates. The home was exactly as pictured. Huge and spacious for our party of 6. The kitchen is spectacular! The furnishing were all top notch! We loved the beachy vibes in all of the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Don't even get me started on the coolest bunk room I have ever seen!!! The kids went crazy over this! It is a block from the beach and although we rented a golf cart for our stay, it was not necessary, it was literally a few minute walk. We loved the putting green and easy access to the canal where the kids paddleboarded daily. We sooo appreciated having part of the pool and lounge spaces under the house. We had either extreme heat or rain so being under cover didn't stop us from enjoying the pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy sunning on the pretty days. The beach towels provided were nice and big and made packing easier not having to bring them with us. Our blender broke the final day and I sent through a message to let them know before the next renters arrived and much to my surprise we hear a knock at the door and there stood someone with a new blender!! It's things like that make Soto's customer service top notch. We will definitely be back!!

Great multi-family vacation.

We traveled as two families with a total of 4 kids. Our kids range from 1 - 6. The house was perfectly setup and felt spacious, clean, and convenient. The backyard is fantastic and our kids were able to fish from the back dock. We also enjoyed riding the supplied paddle boards through the canals. In addition, the house is perhaps perfectly located. Two block walk to the beach was easy, even with 4 kids. Also easy walk to the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this house to anybody and everybody.

Beautiful decorated home! Loved the 3 story bunk beds. Great location

We were so excited to rent this home! Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Bedrooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. I would have preferred softer sheets. Back yard - just amazing! Ping pong room so fun- needs a fan bc there is no A/c in there. Loved the front porch swings. Expensive but you can see why- very well done!
