Toes in the Water is located four houses from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Easy, breezy beach access is yours to enjoy with no streets to cross!

The main living space is highlighted with tropical pool views from double sliding doors in the living and dining rooms. The bright kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for eight and additional chairs at the kitchen counter. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the pool view.

Our four bedroom vacation home has two king master suites, a guestroom with two twin beds and guest room with a set of bunk beds ( twin over full). Each bedroom includes comfortable bedding, beachy décor and a TV and features crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

With plenty of loungers and patio furniture, the sparkling, heated pool will be your favorite spot to relax with your family. The swim up Tiki bar adds to the fun! Challenge the family to a game of ping pong or cornhole while enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The poolside patio area hosts a dining table for eight for guests to enjoy a meal from the grill. Fire up the grill on the pool deck and dine al fresco.

Toes in the Water is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Absolutely perfect spot for a family getaway. Close to the beach and all that AMI has to offer. The house was spotless, the pool was so relaxing, and renting a golf cart to get around the island was the best decision. We’ll be back!

A few issues we had while there that we didn't necessarily take the time to reach out to property management because it is honestly annoying to have to deal with that while there.1. We were told one of the sliding glass doors leading out to the pool was off track and needed repair therefor making it unusable. We only had one door and the alarm was not working well and the outside disable function was not working so every time we entered from the outside the alarm would sound until we reached inside to silence it. This became very annoying during our stay.2. The property is made to sleep up to 8, we had 6 and there are only 6 beach chairs, 2 of which were old and broken so there were only 4 that we were able to use. Kind of puts a wrench in your enjoyment when we all wanted to use one and were on the beach for hours in them but had to share. 3. The 1st ensuite shower drained slow. The adults that stayed in that room mentioned that within a minute or 2 they were standing in an inch of water until finished with their shower.4. The 2nd ensuite bathroom, the toilet handle easily fell off (I know from experience that is an easy and cheap fix) so we were constantly trying to flush while preventing it from falling off.5. Lastly although this may seem like a minor inconvenience i am really not sure why a larger management group that owns likely many properties can't supply more TP and paper towels. The cost of staying for the week should include something like this.

This was our first time to Ann Maria Island. It was perfect! Exceeded our expectations! We loved this home. It was perfect for our family. Super clean, great pool, beach accessories and awesome beach access. Close to everything you would want. Our family rented bikes and had a blast!! We needed propane tanks for the grill as they were empty. Called the rental manger and they came out right away and hooked us up. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location. Clean. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Beautiful pool. Three houses to the beach. Able to walk to Ginny & Jane E’s for breakfast. We’ll definitely book it again!

Great house close to the beach. Downside there is only 4 Beach chairs and no beach umbrella or cooler you are able to rent extra chairs and umbrella and purchased cooler that's what we did. Kitchen is not very well equipped. Had to buy frying pan the ones that are supplied Teflon is all scratched up. Grill has no accessories, spatula, and tongs. Fortunately we had other family members staying on island that we borrowed there's. No containers or Tupperware to store left over food in. If you plan eating out this certainly won't be a problem. Overall we had a great time definitely a great location. Would definitely recommend. 5 star If I didn't have issues

Location!

About as close as you can get to the beach without paying obscene prices to be beachfront. The house was about a 2 minute walk to the beach, and very close proximity to shops and restaurants. Location was fabulous. Only issue was bugs in the kitchen, which I'm hoping the owner will correct. Otherwise, the house itself was comfortable and well appointed. The pool area was wonderful…great place to cool off after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect home, about as close to the beach as you can be without paying obscene amounts to be directly on the beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area very much.

Awesome place yet again

This is our second straight year staying in this house and it didn’t disappoint. We only had 5 people in our group but it could have easily slept 8 or more. House was clean and has all the great amenities. The pool is great and it’s a very short walk to get to the beach. We love this house and will stay here again for sure!

Island Time on AMI

Location Location Location 🏝️ This house is a MUST with a short walk to beach, restaurants and stores alike ! Love the layout of the bedrooms for our large family ! The pool , ping pong table and cornhole area are perfect for family entertainment . The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the HVAC system . The largest room in the house only has two vents and with the sliding glass doors and the sun setting in the West are a perfect recipe for HEAT 😓 We had to put a call in to the after hours emergency number and was met back with a swift and prompt call to let us know someone would be out. The young man who arrived in a very reasonable time ,was extremely professional and worked efficiently and swiftly to get us cooled back off ! All in All a great house 🏝️ ☀️ 🌊

Great Property

Great property and location, 1/2 block from the beach, easy walk to stores, restaurant. Would highly recommend this house. The only downfall would have to be the cleanliness, all tables had an inch of dust and floors were sticky. We had to clean the floors and wipe down all tables in the house.

OK House; poor service

The location is fabulous. The house is ok--kitchen very small but well-equipped, some beds well past their prime. My complaint is with the company handling the rental. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week long stay? No laundry detergent, one dishwasher tablet? A dining room table so sticky that clearing a plate after five minutes required some strength and no cleaning products in the house. Not even a sponge or dishcloth. We will never rent a property handled by this company again.

Lovely home, shame about the building work

The home itself was great. Comfortable bedrooms, lovely pool, great location. It would have been the perfect, relaxing end to our holiday. However, a couple of things let it down. A house is being built next door, we spent our days by the pool listening to a chorus of chain saws. We weren't told about this when booking, if we were we would have chosen somewhere else. Being woken up early and listening to building work all day is not fun. We were also shocked that, while lying by the pool, a group of gardeners entered the property with no warning. My 15yr old niece felt so uncomfortable surrounded by several strange men that she went inside. Some advanced warning would have been nice. If it weren't for these couple of things I would have given 5 stars.

Family Retreat

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing! The location was great, very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The pool was awesome, made for great afternoon fun while grilling. We enjoyed it so much we already booked it again for next year. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Responsive and friendly

The staff were very helpful during our reservation process and during our stay. We arrived a half hour early to our rental and staff quickly remotely unlocked the door so we could get in. They sent staff over twice to work on WiFi until it was back up. Will definitely go through them rather than a large company. This small island rental business knows the properties and is on island to assist with anything.
