Welcome to a one of a kind vacation rental, Villa Vine on beautiful all sports Vineyard Lake in Brooklyn, MI!! This all-inclusive customized lake house provides you with everything you need to enjoy lake life without sacrificing the comforts of home. This home is great for multi-generational families, but not for those that "party". Close-by neighbors, nor I, will not tolerate groups that loudly party. I only rent 45 nights a year. As reviews show, this is very well appointed and immaculate. We have MANY upscale amenities, activities, and boating options will make your time here truly amazing. Begin your trip with a greeting from the property manager, who has prepared the home just for you. A quick tour and demonstration is provided, which will get you in vacation mode faster!
We will show you how to use the boat, hot tub, and anything else you need to know. At Villa Vine, there's no need to bring cases of water, bags of ice, coolers, can/bottle koozies, and other conveniences. We have them all available here, including a commercial ice maker to fill your coolers everyday. An unlimited supply of bottled water is provided for you in the garage refrigerator and firewood is stocked on site for the firepit. A tankless hot water heater ensures all will have an endless supply of warm showers and plenty for laundry, with the use of a full size washer and dryer. All furniture and bedding are new and top quality. Foam and cotton pillows are provided along with fans that can be used as noise makers to ensure a great night sleep.
Enjoy your morning with coffee and a sunrise at the end of the dock or on the porch. Enjoy some yard games provided such as volleyball, corn hole, and foosball, while listening to your vacation playlist on our whole house home audio system. Speakers inside/outside, controlled by Bluetooth on your phone, will get the energy going for a great day on the lake!
Renting a home on a lake is a great experience, especially when it provides a pontoon boat and jet ski to enjoy the lake views! Gas is provided for watercraft. Also included are paddleboards, kayaks, floats, and tubes to enjoy the complete lake experience. Vineyard Lake is over 500 acres of clear and warm water with sandy bottoms. We will have the boat uncovered, fuel tanks full, and all water sport activities ready to have a great time. We are happy to show you how to use our watercraft and even take you around the lake to get you familiar with the sandbars and shallow spots. You'll love the giant sandbar as well as sunset cruises to wind down the busy day.
Head back in for dinner, and enjoy everything needed for a great meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic spices and condiments and all kitchenware is brand new. The beautiful kitchen will help you prep your food and our outdoor Mont Alpi $4,000 grill will create a great meal for you and your guests.
After dinner, head for sunset cruise to catch beautiful views. Return for a relaxing soak in the hot tub followed by a nice fire to spend time with your guests. We provide s'mores, firewood, and 6 composite Adirondack chairs. Enjoy drifting off to your favorite shows as every bedroom has a flat screen TV, each with an Amazon Firestick loaded with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, logged into Villa Vine's account.
This 5 bedroom 3 full bath home includes an amazing bunk room that is furnished with a couch, Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch to provide some entertainment for the children, allowing adult time downstairs. These are custom made bunk beds containing 3 twins and a queen bed. The other 4 remaining rooms include 3 kings and 1 queen. All rooms except the bunk also include ceiling fans. We provide a great selection of board games from family friendly to adult games. The garage has been converted into a game room with foosball, TV, and retro arcade with 52 classic games we had built just for our property. A 2nd full size fridge is in the garage game room for extra beverage storage. rafts, tubes, lifejackets, and outdoor games are stored in our shed for easy access. There is so much for you to do at Villa Vine, each day will be filled with memories.
Our goal is to provide not just a home to rent, but everything needed to ensure a great experience tailored to you. If you enjoy off-site activities, there are several golf courses and wineries nearby. The city of Brooklyn is 7 minutes away if you need more groceries, gift shops, watching a race at Michigan International Speedway, or grab some ice cream downtown.
