Hidden gem in amazing location!

Amazing place! Apartment with authentic design! 3 terraces, big and spacious rooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment is right at the old city center with variety of restaurants and grocery shops. Very kind host who has provided all information needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Great apartment and location

This apartment was a delight to stay in with large spacious rooms beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. All the amenities one requires were provided and although there is no Aircon or wifi, it wasn't a problem for us and the various spacious balconies were great. Location was perfect only 100 mtr from the main square and Castle. Off road parking was a bonus. We will come back.

Vraiment super ce logement. Deux salles de bains et trois wc! C'est rare pour les locations dans ce coin d'Italie-un luxe! Trois grandes terrasses, une qui se donne sur chaque chambre; la plus grande se donne sur la cuisine et salle à manger. Excellent pour prendre le pt déjeuner car c'est coté ouest de la maison. Les lits sont très confortables et le chambres très grandes. Il manque les bols à dessert, les grandes tasses pour le thé et une bouilloire. Le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas!

freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin (nur italienisch) hat uns herzlich empfangen; Ausstattung hervorragend wie beschrieben; den PKW -Stellplatz ignorieren- es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze in direkter Nähe; sehr gute Restaurationen fussläufig erreichbar

L’alloggio corrisponde alle descrizioni fornite, è situato a pochi passi dall’isola pedonale del centro storico di Carovigno, a pochi km dalle spiagge più belle della costa brindisina. E' ben ristrutturato e presenta al suo interno dei bellissimi affreschi in stile barocco sia sulle pareti che sui soffitti a volta. Una casa di ampia metratura ben arredata, che gode di tutti i confort, ben ventilata con balcone e due grandi terrazze. Viverla ed abitarla per noi è stata un'esperienza incantevole

Grande maison très propre.

La maison est située au coeur de Carovigno. Elle dispose d'une place de parking devant la maison, même s'il faut régulièrement le rappeler aux joueurs de cartes du bar sous la maison (Ouvert seulement jusqu'à 21h30). La maison est très grande, même pour 4 personnes, parfaitement propre, et bien équipée (lave linge et lave vaisselle notamment). Elle dispose de plusieurs terrasses, ce qui permet d'éviter de se trouver en plein soleil.Elle est toutefois un peu sombre et chaude malgré un ventilateur

Spazioso appartamento d'epoca in borgo storico

La casa è d'epoca, molto spaziosa, con numerosi spazi esterni e arredata in maniera ricercata. Molto comode la lavastoviglie (che è raro trovare in vacanza) e la lavatrice. Peccato per l'assenza di zanzariere o aria condizionata, ma la casa è molto arieggiata e il clima tende ad essere ventilato. Vicino il centro storico, negozi raggiungibili in macchina. Spiagge nella media a un quarto d'ora, meravigliosa la riserva naturale di Torre Guaceto a circa mezz'ora di macchina.

Un petit bijou

Très bel appartement , richement décoré ,plafonds voûtés ornés de fresques ,on se croirait dans «  Le guépard «  de Visconti....une belle terrasse surplombe la rue et permet de savourer la vie de ce bourg . Le centre historique est ravissant de jour comme de nuit avec ses maisons blanches , passages , courettes, escaliers ....une grande terrasse à côté de la cuisine permet de manger dehorsa7 calme .Appartement très bien équipé, bon accueil . Le wi fi serait un petit plus...Très belle location à recommander pour deux couples d’alis ou famille avec grands enfants ( la décoration rés soignée ne conviendrait peut être pas 1 des bambini.

very nice location, but...

the appartment is very nice and exactly as shown on the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the person who recived us was very friendly (but speaks only italien..) The appartment is well situated in the historical center of Carovigno, only a few steps away from the main place with restaurants, you can go without the car. The negatif points of this location are: The parking place which is just below the appartment is never free... The appartment is situated on a little square and there are 3 bars / café's and 1 restaurant just around and everyone parks the car on this place... Also, due to the fact that there are this bars, and that the location is an old ( but very nice ! ) building it is very noisy in the evenings until at least midnight..... ( ok, I agree that I am very sensitive concerning the noise, if you are used to live in town center, maybe you won't have the same impression...?) Also missing in the appartment are two deck chairs for the terrasse. The terrasses ( because there a a few ) are really nice and we would like to enjoy the spring sun and lay down on a long chair.....

A large and beautiful apartment.

The weather was unseasonably cold and rainy but it didn't spoil our time using this apartment as a base for traveling to other places surrounding us. We had to have Marcella show us how to raise the heat on a limited basis as it is very expensive in Italy. We had another couple with us and with all that space it was good to have someone around to share its beauty. The grandeur of the apartment took us back in time and in luxury. All my other apartments in Puglia were very small except for Brindisi.

The Carovigno Apartment is all it's cracked up to be.

My wife and I stayed at this centrally located apartment in Carovigno for 8 nights. It was fabulous. When we booked it we were a little hesitant because the pictures looked so good, we thought it was too good to be true. When we arrived, while waiting for the property manager to arrive with the key, we got acquainted with the bar owner located below our apartment. He was nice and helpful even though we did not speak the same language. We had a drink while we waited and met some of the local patrons to the bar. They were all very nice to us. When the property manager arrived and took us into the apartment, it was as beautiful as the pictures showed it. It was also very clean and well stocked. The manager was polite and informative as well. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The Italian people are as wonderful as I remember!
