Pools : Our pools are serviced weekly. Due to the tropical nature of the island , it is not unusual to find unexpected debris in the pool. Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperatures get below 60F . There will be days when weather conditions will to allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming. No credit, discount, and /or rate adjustments can be granted for circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy : 
100% refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in; 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before check-in ( minus admin fee) , 0% if cancelled less than 7 days .

Noise Ordinance :
Anna Maria Island, Florida has a noise ordinance to maintain the tranquility of the island. The ordinance prohibits loud noises during quiet hours, which are from 10 PM to 8 AM every day. 
What is prohibited? 
Loud music, including amplified instruments, Loud vehicle noises, Loud shouting, yelling, or screaming, Loudspeakers or other sound equipment for commercial advertising, Loud noises from animals.

Turtles: 
Turtle season rules (May–October):
-No lights or flashes – avoid flashlights, phone flash, flash photography at night.
-Respect marked areas – don’t write on, step into, or tamper with flagged nests.
-Leave beaches clean & flat – remove all items, fill holes, flatten sandcastles.

Shells : 
Avoid taking any shells that have living organisms inside—if it's alive, leave it be.
