John’s Pass Condo

The proximity to restaurants on the boardwalk, live music, and the beach was amazing! Great spot! Highly recommended.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of this condo was perfect! Beach access was directly across the street, and just a short walking distance to John's Pass. View of the marina was nice and quiet as well.

The checkin was easy. The condo was just as described. Balcony looking over marina is great and quiet. Easy walk to the beach. Only complaint is the building does not have ground floor access to stairs, so you need to wait for the one elevator every time you come back to the room. Very happy with our stay overall!

Great location

What an amazing place. So convenient to everything. Enjoyed the marina and walking across the street to the beautiful beach. Beautiful condo and lovely decorated. Enjoyed the rooftop bar next door. Highly recommended.

Would stay again!

would definitely stay here again if in the area. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, beds are comfortable and in a great location. Short walk to John's Pass and to the beach. Nice view of the marina, much better than the street view and street noise. Rich was great to work with. Onsite staff was great.

Good Experience

Location was great, just a block or two to the shops at St. John’s Pass, and across the street from public beach access. Condo had mostly everything that we needed except for an extra blanket for the sofa bed, which we asked for in advance. We ended up having to buy a blanket. We went on a clear kayak tour to Shell Key Preserve and would highly recommend it. Great area!

Owner was very good with communication. Property was very clean, close to plenty of shops and dining. Property manager was super accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here. Will definitely return!

Nice location close to everything we wanted
