Great place. Clean and in a great location!

Very nice condo with more than enough room. The staff there were great, easy to deal with and always available. Great location within walking distance to anything you need.

Nice condo

Nice place to stay. Convenient to beach, John’s Pass. A bit noisy at night though-but it was towards the end of spring break. Some of the bed linens didn’t look so clean

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. We liked the vinyl flooring that made it easy to sweep up sand. The ice maker worked well. TRS was very accommodating in having our unit ready early since we were moving from one TRS managed building to another.

Very nice room but AC and TV services did not work

The room looked very nice but the AC and TV services did not work. Property manager on vrbo did not respond to any of my messages. Luckily the front desk at the resort was able to help us although it took several hours for someone to arrive and confirm there was something wrong with the AC and that it could not be fixed for a couple of days. The front desk was finally able to find us another unit in the other building and refunded us a night for the inconvenience with this one. The showers were also terrible in this first unit, no pressure and the water in the master shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor the entire time it was on.

Florida Vacation

Property in a good location. Walking distance from the beach. Condo was clean and met expectations. Hallways in the building are stained but saw a memo they are being replaced in May. Overall good experience!

When we went to check in, the front desk man was extremely rude, there used to be a restaurant in between the 2 buildings, but it is closed, room was not very clean and they do not supply with enough towels, when I asked for more towels I was told to wash the ones we had! Carpet in hallway was filthy!!! They only good thing about this place was it was close to Johns Passway and across from the beach!! We have stayed at a couple other places along Madeira beach and Treasure Island, and will go back to one of those next time!!

Great Location

Great location. Two of the bifold doors were messed up. And the master shower was bizarre. You had to be in the shower to turn it on so that it wouldn’t spray all over the bathroom floor.

Great location. Spacious apartment with everything we needed.

Easy check in and out. Ample parking(most is covered). Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Big screen TVs. Everything was as advertised.
