"NEWLY BUILT" 3 Bedroom /2Bath House on the Lake

This house will definitely give you the feel of the home away from home feel. Has an open floor plan in the living room and kitchen where you and your family/friends can enjoy each others company in one great room. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a full. Couch pulls out to a queen and a queen size futon in one bedroom. All rooms are spacious as well. The master bedroom/bathroom is on the first floor and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. House is surrounded by woods with a view of the lake. It is a very quiet location and private which is nice. Spacious wrap around porch so can enjoy the view of the lake and and enjoy the wildlife that Western Kentucky has to offer. House also has a very spacious two bay garage that will house boats for those who are coming to fish or those who are coming to live the "Lake Life". We built this house with a lot of love and we hope you will love it as much as we did building it. Come enjoy our "Lake home away from home".

Very nice property

Fantastic property and great hosts. Garage was a great bonus for us to get our boats ready for each morning. Hosts were very prompt with any questions or issues. I would definitely recommend and will be renting from them again in the future.

Wonderful location with garage

We spent 11 days at the house for a fishing trip. The house was spacious and well equipped. It was in a peaceful location with friendly neighbors. The added bonus of the garage was great for the boat

Nice and Cozy

We loved our stay! Everything we needed was right there. They thought of everything, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry etc.. The area was so peaceful and quiet, right off the water. It was exactly what we were hoping for.

Absolutely Beautiful

This house is beautiful inside and out! Everything that you need for your stay is provided. Just bring your food/drink and you are set. The hosts are close and very responsive if needed. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful property for our family wknd.

Kentucky Lake

Really enjoyed staying at this newly built home. You can see the lake from the side deck on the house, the inside of house was spotless which is what we look for in a place to vacation at. Nicely decorated inside, close drive to the water if you bring your own boat or lots of Marinas close buy to rent a boat. Very peaceful setting, large yard area with a woods behind the house. Garage is huge like it says in the write up. We will come stay again I’m sure.

Summer Trip

We enjoyed this stay. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and located close enough to a few stores (Dollar General) that if we need something we didn't have to travel far. The host was very accommodating, he was quick to answer all my many messages with questions I had about the area. We locked ourselves out of the house, I messaged him and he was at the house within 5 minutes to let us in. The house was very clean, plenty of soft towels. The garage was huge and had a set of bags that the guys enjoyed playing each night. There is a swing on the tree in the front that our 14 year boys enjoyed every night. The TV was not turned on once over this weekend and that was amazing!!!

Best ever

Cannot even express the wonderful home and owners. They were courteous, friendly, and always asked if we needed anything. A cozy welcome atmosphere. Convenient to the docking site. Owners went above and beyond. Location excellent and home was immaculate. My big boat 33' front of trailer to prop fit in the garage. Will most definitely come again and recommend this home and owners to anyone. Fire pits were great along with horseshoes and cornhole boards provided. Wood was stacked every morning for us to use and deer was running around everyday all day around property. Cannot wait to come again.
