This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 10 guests and features two living areas, 4 bathrooms, and everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Could have been a little cleaner (some unfinished work, & the floor was dusty) , and instructions on how to work the a/c/heater. Pros:Tons of space, kitchen well stocked with supplies, bathrooms had plenty of towels, decorated nicely, comfy furniture

The location of the property is great—just a short walk to Moors Marina in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. The home itself is very spacious, which we appreciated.However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing, especially considering the cleaning fee. The house was very dusty, with counters and floors that felt sticky, and there were noticeable dust bunnies under the beds.We also noticed several unfinished or poorly maintained details throughout the property. For example, multiple outlet covers were missing, which was concerning since we had a baby with us. There was a can light hanging from the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom, and several light fixtures had burnt-out bulbs. One of the air conditioning units appeared to be poorly secured, with bandaids holding it in place and blue streaks running down the wall beneath it. We are thinking that blue was antifreeze. Additionally, the stove hood light and fan were not working.It would also be helpful if the kitchen had basic essentials like salt and pepper, as those are typically expected in a rental.Overall, we did have a nice time, but for the price, we do not feel the stay was worth it. We did not want to bother the host during our stay about these problems as they should’ve done a walk through prior to our visit. We also paid a pet fee, which we feel should have been included in the cleaning fee-especially given the condition of the home.

Perfect lake house!

The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice! The kitchen was beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room for our group of 10, two separate families, to spread out. The kids loved the large sleeping area downstairs. We appreciated the proximity to the Moors marina and restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!
