Sea-Esta Retreat, a Great Golden Isles Location!

Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.

The space
Sea-Esta Retreat is a home away from home. Comfortable and clean with coastal decor, you will be sure to enjoy your stay. The main floor has the living area, dining area, half bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen. A full size washer and dryer are in the kitchen. The bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and day bed. The living room and both bedrooms have Xfinity streaming tv and ceiling fans. The deck is a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

Great Stay!

This was the perfect place to stay! The place was clean and had clear labels for light switches and such. We had access to games, movies, and beach supplies. Loved my stay and would definitely come back again!

Fabulous Home Away From Home!

Everything about Sea-Esta, from booking to communications to check-in was smooth! We were delighted with the cleanliness and lovely decor of the unit. The owners provided so many unexpected extras, like tons of towels, books, games for all ages, DVDs and much more! The kitchen was filled with everything needed to make the trip just like being at home!

Nice place

Property itself was very nice. Location was convenient, easy to get to and to places on the island. Back deck overlooked a health club and its air conditioning units was the only real drawback. Would stay there again. Didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that.

Just what we needed!

We will 100% stay at this property again! It was super clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the back prouch. The owners were wonderful to work with, and easy to get in touch with. The bikes, beach chairs, and wagon that were provided were such a blessing. The pool on the porperty was wonderful.

A Great Experience

This was a great experience from start to finish. Great communication, and the property was safe, clean, organized, and comfortable as well as beautifully decorated. We loved riding the provided bikes, and the complex's pool was wonderful. I went with my young adult daughter and she enjoyed it too. It was also in a good location and there were plenty of things to do on St. Simons and the surrounding area.

St Simons Experience

As described, and in our budget

Clean, and comfortable with all the extra touches such as coffee pods, games, etc. Gary and Connie answered every question in a courteous and timely manner, and all was as described! We knew it wasn't in the location we personally wanted ( walking distance to village, etc., so that was no surprise. All in all, a great stay and would recommend!

Family vacation

The property and location were great! Easy drive to St. Simons beaches and a short drive to Jekyll Island. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Our 5 yr old was excited about the pool, and we played the tic tac toe in the living room about a million times! We felt very at home and comfy all week 😊

Our condo has a great location. It allows for easy on and off of Saint Simons, so you are never far from Brunswick, Jekyll Island, and I-95.
