Great Location

We were four women and the accommodations worked very well for us. Loved having the restaurants nearby and watching the boats going in and out of the harbor. The unit was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the kitchen which is very small and the faucet dripped, and we had an invasion of ants.

The photos of the property are old and do accurately represent the property. The location is good, but the apartment is in poor condition, cracked tiles, broken mirrors, tired galley kitchen that struggles to accommodate 2 people, poorly designed wardrobes that provide little hanging space but stacks of drawer space. It’s poorly maintained, badly decorated with awful lighting, the beds and bedding would look ok in a hostel or pension, but not in a 2000.00 a week apartment. Bitterly disappointed. Good location though

Die Wohnung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Top Lage war für uns ausschlaggebend. Es war sehr kalt am Abend und von drei Heizkörper hat leider nur einer funktioniert. Das war nicht so toll.

Muy buena ubicación, necesita reformas.

En general el apartamento no está mal, se nota que han reformado la cocina y han mejorado algo los baños, pero el mobiliario del apartamento es bastante antiguo. La puerta de acceso al apartamento no tiene ninguna seguridad, no puedes girar la llave en la cerradura, solo tirar de la puerta y pedir a Dios que no fuercen la puerta o simplemente pasen una radiografía entre cerco y puerta y la abran. El pestillo interior de la puerta no funciona. Mobiliario de terraza viejo. Lo bueno su ubicacion

Lovely but needs a little TLC

This apartment is in a fantastic location with views across the harbour. I contacted Michael the key holder when we left the airport as he requested. There was confusion where he met us & he was quite abrupt & impatient. The apartment itself is nice but could be so much better with a little more care & tlc. The roof terrace is lovely & gets the sun all day. But only 2 tatty chairs & 2 sun beds with no table or shade is not ideal. The other balcony which gets the early morning sun again is lovely but the table was broken & one of the 4 chairs was broken. I reported this to the key holder along with a few other things, he asked me for photos which I sent but I didn’t hear anything back. All the bedrooms & bathrooms where nice & clean. Small but ok kitchen. Large lounge /dining area with uk tv channels. The apartment is close to restaurants & a small shop selling essentials. About 5 mins walk to the beach & bus stop. All in all we had a great holiday but wouldn’t stay in this apartment again.

Firstly the accommodation is in a prime location at Cabopino beach with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Lovely view from the balconies within the apartment. very clean and tidy. Met on arrival and departure which was lovely. Only feedback is that one of the showers leaked into the lounge and was extremely small and there was no air con in the bedrooms, only the lounge and one of the power sockets didnt work in one of the rooms

L’appartement est très bien situé ,face au port et la plage est à 50 mètres ,la vue est exceptionnelle, 3 salles de bain refaites à neuf,3 chambres assez vieillottes Parcontre la cuisine est extrêmement petite et les meubles et électroménager datent des années 70 un peu dommage dans un si bel appartement .

This property was in an amazing position and the views of the marina from the balcony were amazing. The apartment is all on one level with a lovely roof terrace. The apartment itself could suited our needs perfectly and was within easy reach of the pool and beach. We had a perfect holiday in Cabopino.
