Marisol 302 is a roomy 3 bedroom BEACHFRONT condo that comfortably sleeps 8 and provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation! When you step into this condo, you know that you are in a vacation spot designed for families looking for the very most important things at the beach: a low-density building with great views, well-equipped throughout, with large rooms, overlooking a pristine gorgeous beach, reserved convenient parking, and a location that is close to everything!

Enjoy long range, unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from this unit. Marisol 302 is a peaceful, three-bedroom vacation condo that is the perfect beach getaway. Enjoy the world's most beautiful beaches in a less populated area of PCB. Prepare a meal in your well equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the large dining area or on your private balcony. Soak in the Whirlpool tub after a long day at the beach. We have owned in various buildings in PCB and this is our favorite due to the small building size and closeness to the beach! There is no parking garage to hassle with, and there is a reserved space for you right on property. You will feel you are directly on the sand from your balcony and there are no long waits for elevators!

***Beach Service (two lounge chairs plus umbrella directly on the beach) is included for EVERYDAY of your stay during the months of March-October. This is a $40 per day value!

Don't forget to bring:
While we provide you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring your own beach towels and additional chairs / beach toys if desired.
