Wonderful Stay Perfect Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation could no have been any better. the condo was very clean when we arrived. There was a minor maintenace issue that ECDI maintenace fixed within an hour after we called their customer service number. The maintenace man was very helpful and polite. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The set of 2 free beach chairs, umbrella and beach attendant service was a great perk. Overall we could not ask for a better experience and would stay here again.

Horrible DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms were filthy! Mold on shower curtains and walls. Floors coming up in the rooms. So bad that you can cut your feet on them . The place was dirty when we arrived like it hadn’t been cleaned. We had to wash our bedding before we slept in it. It smelled. I have never rented from VRBO or calypso and I will never again. This place should not be able to be rented until it is cleaned up and renovated to code!!!!

Spring break

We had a fantastic spring break in this condo. It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we had so many towels! We loved having the use of two beach chairs every day. We heard others complaining about the check in and parking process with their rentals and I was so thankful we didn’t have any issues at all. Communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for family Vacation! Perfect location, can walk to pier park. Condo was a little dusty but overall would rent again. Family enjoyed their stay.

Beautiful Views

3 of us stayed here to work with the PCB Fire and Rescue for a week. What a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

Place was clean, spacious and exactly what was shown in the pictures

My friends and I had a blast and we already plan to stay at the same place that's how good it was. And it was walking distance from the shopping center and a few minutes from night club we like to go during our stay.

good experience we were very satisfied with the room.

the rooms were good size. The master bedroom was very large. the bathrooms also had plenty of room. we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location with a nice view

Really enjoyed our week in Panama City. The condo was clean with a nice balcony and had a great view. It was a short walk to the Pier and Pier Park for shopping, dinner and other night life. Will book again when in the area.

Great Stay!

The only reason for 4 stars is the housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning. Other than that everything was great! Easy check in, great communication with ECDI. I’d stay with them again!

Excellent location

The room was exactly as it appeared online. It was walking distance from Pier Park and local restaurants. We have been staying in PCB for years, but this was our first time staying at Calypso. We had a delightful experience!
