Unit includes a Smart TV with cable access, fast Wi-Fi Internet for any video call needs, washer and dryer, beach amenities (towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler). The A building is located on the lagoon with the balcony patio overlooking the lagoon with a large tree that makes your balcony mostly private. The condo is turnkey and outfitted with everything you will need to make your stay stress free and enjoyable.

Treat our condo with respect! This is a NON-smoking and NO animals unit.
Please remove shoes upon entry to keep the floors clean from sand and other debris.
All guests must complete and sign the HOA rules and regulations at least 15 days prior to arrival (these will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed). The major ones are:
No motorcycles, pickup trucks, or campers.
No animals allowed.
No loud activities or noise which disrupts other residents.
No parties or late night noise; it's a quiet complex with attentive neighbors and security.
