With family or friends, come and enjoy your stay in this elegant apartment, located in the heart of Paris, in the famous Concorde district.

Whether it is the Champs-Élysées, the Opera, the Tuileries Gardens or the prestigious Place Vendôme and its luxury boutiques, you can visit everything with only a short walk.

This apartment, which is a little jewel combining modernity and comfort, is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator.

The spacious living room has a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining table for 6 and an American kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

You will have at your disposal a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet and other equipment such as a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

You have access to the entire accommodation where you will find all the essential products for comfort and hygiene such as sheets and linens, towels, soap, shampoo and you benefit from an internet access.

A preparation and a cleaning worthy of a hotel standard are reserved for you before your arrival.

A Weekome receptionist will come personally to welcome you and give you the keys. At the same time, he will give you all the necessary information so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Check-in is usually between 15:00 and 20:00. However, we accept late arrivals for your convenience. Please note that additional charges apply for late arrivals, as follows:

Excellent location

Excellent location and safe place to stay with a family. Check in process was a little confusing as I needed the what’s app - app on my phone to contact the person in charge of the key. Also, wasn’t sure how to check out or whom to contact, but all in all was a great place. Roomier than the pictures seem too!!

Spacious, comfortable apartment for 6. Good location close to metro and Tuileries etc. Appreciated the fans and good communication with manager. However, the amenities, especially cutlery and glasses, were seriously lacking in quality and cleanliness. Supplies of dish rags, soap and toilet paper were limited. The business across the street entailed a lot of noisy activity: delivery trucks etc at early hour of the morning and throughout the day.

Good location/Poor service

Would NOT recommend this unit. The location was good but that’s about all you could say positive about the place. The unit was deficit in so many things that are every day essentials in VRBO rentals —eg. no face cloths, no hooks to hang towels, no bath mat, no toilet holder, no shampoo, no soap. The hair dryer plug would only work in the kitchen where there is no mirror. There was only one wine glass! The TV didn’t work! You could live with some of these deficiencies but you should expect the owner to be responsive. This owner was not!! I think this unit is owned by a company who obviously doesn’t value their guests. I would be careful in the future to only rent from Super Hosts.

The property was in a great location and the communication was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and facilities worked nicely for our short stay in Paris. Close walk to several metro stations and a grocery so we could get staples. Highly recommend!
