SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

The recently updated conference room is perfect for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

Upon entering SunDestin unit 312, you will be welcomed with a spacious and open layout, along with upscale yet relaxing beach décor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and is adorned with plenty of counter space and storage, along with a beautiful backsplash. The dining table seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying your favorite home cooked meal as a family. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television, ideal for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.

This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental offers relaxing sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the master bedroom, living room and spacious balcony. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves while sipping on your morning coffee or experience the sun setting over the emerald green waters in the evening.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
