Incredibly refreshing to rent a home and actually have enough amenities for the 5 days we were there!! Coffee, tea, spices, paper towels, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, lots of cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc! The heated pool and hot tub are fabulous!!! Movie theater also fabulous! Owners extremely communicative and kind!!! I would give more than five stars if I could!

House was in a good area. Close to everything we wanted to go to. Love how big the house was and the several rooms that were available. Appreciated having king size beds. Usually VRBO’s have majority queen size only. It was also nice having multiple bathrooms. Games, pool and hot tub was another reason I chose this house. We had to contact the host one time and received an immediate response. We would definitely suggest this house to others and would stay here again.

This entire house is clean, well appointed with very comfy beds, and everything you need when you arrive. Great pool, and great comms with the owner. Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time, and we'll be back!

This home was ideal for our large group. In the past, I have found it difficult to find properties that have enough bedrooms with king/queen sized beds. This house can accommodate a large group without feeling over crowded. There were so many fun amenities and the pool was fabulous. We would highly recommend this property if you want an amazing Phoenix vacation.

This worked perfectly for us. Everyone had a place they could go if they wanted. Pool was fantastic we spent every day utilizing it. Beds were comfy and house was just cozy. Thanks for renting this out. We appreciate it and would definitely come back again!

The property was just as expected. Clean and well maintained. We were pleased at the amenities and everything the house had stocked. There was plenty of everything to accommodate our large group. The hosts responded quickly and were very helpful! Highly recommend for any group.

Awesome home, well stocked and a great pool

We had a wonderful time while spending a week of spring break. The home is the best stocked one we have ever rented and the pool is perfect. The two 6 year olds loved the game table and the theater room. Laura was a great host.

Perfect spot

The house was perfect for all of our extended family coming together from all across the country to meet up for Thanksgiving. Property was spotless, well stocked, and large enough for us all to relax and enjoy!

If I could give these hosts more stars, I would! This house exceeded expectations, and our Hosts really went above and beyond with communication.They have a very well-stocked kitchen for large parties, an ABUNDANCE of linens and towels, and so many great kid-friendly touches. This place was perfect for our extended family trip and truly made us feel like we were staying in a hosted place, not just a property owned by someone making money. I have rented quite a few properties for large groups of people, and this was truly an excellent experience.

It checked our list completely- we all had a great time - heated pool was wonderful! Close to shopping, top golf, State Farm stadium and lots of great places to eat!

Girl’s Weekend

A long weekend stay with childhood friends in this large accommodating home. We enjoyed the theater room and hot tub the most! The host were very quick to address some small issues we experienced and even sent over dinner. I would highly recommend this home.
