There is a half bath and a sleeper sofa on the main level, as well.

The works of Colorado artists are featured throughout this modern mountain home. A large TV is located in the living room and master bedroom. This sought-after location gives you flexibility and comfort!

After a full day of adventures retreat tot he comfortable bedrooms. The Ensuite Primary bedroom located on the third floor, just up the one flight of stairs from main level, features a Kind bed, Ensuite full bathroom with separate soaking tub, shower stall and two closets. The second bedroom on the third floor features a Queen bed and the full bathroom is located just around the corner. The third Ensuite bedroom, located on the first floor features a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The laundry room with a full washer and dryer is located on the third level.

Walk, bicycle, or cross-country ski on the Riverwalk Trail along the Uncompahgre River right across the street to downtown shops and restaurants. Or stop at the ¾ mile mark and enjoy the famous Ouray Hot Springs.

Parking - Guests are welcome to park one regular-size vehicle in the garage and one regular-size vehicle directly in front of the garage; please don't block the neighboring townhomes or complex driveway. Additional parking is available off the highway next to the townhome complex and the overflow parking area on Fedel Ct., across from the complex entrance.

In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray and Ridgway! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
