We could not have asked for a better venue. Perfect for 2 couples. Clean and very well appointed with all of the appliances, laundry and kitchen, to make it feel like home. We used the gas grill 2 of the nights we were there, which was a big plus for us. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms large, and had great showers. The location is close to town, but not downtown. We loved it and highly recommend it for a short or much longer stay. The next time we come to Ouray we’d stay there again. It was just as advertised!

House is an amazing home away from home! Front & back porches are so inviting to enjoy outdoor scenery. Every room in the house is decorated & so comfortable. We loved everything about this house!

Stayed over New Years and couldn’t have been happier. The property allows easy access to town and the trail system. The home is beautifully done and very comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the living room was comfy for movie nights. Sara was very kind and helpful for our stay! We would recommend and would love to come back and visit. Ouray is an amazing place!

Sara's property is better than the listing would suggest - beautiful, well appointed, spotlessly clean and on a quiet street. Due to fires in the area before arrival, had several communications with Sara, which were very helpful and accurate. Space was awesome, we really enjoyed the front & back porch areas for relaxing. Appreciate that everything you need is there - soaps/shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, tp - you name it, all there and well stocked. We didn't cook there, but they have a very well stocked kitchen too so it would be very easy to prep any meal. Highly recommend - if we were going back to Ouray, wouldn't search for another property, this is where we would stay. Thanks Sara!

The property was just as described if not better. Quiet neigborhood, close to town and trails. The house had all the comforts of home and the hosts was absolutely great. She was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

My husband and I LOVE to travel. We've been all over the world, with our two children, and hope to continue traveling until we take our last breath. We purchased our home in Ouray 3 years after falling in love with the San Juan Mountains. The area reminds us of the Alps! The scenery is stunning and it calls you back. We've created a special vacation home and want to share with people from around the globe. We currently reside in Austin, TX, but visit Ouray often and our local Co-Host in Ouray keeps an eye on things and helps out.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood in Ouray because it's quiet yet still close to everything (one mile from town). We have gorgeous views of the steep mountains but the streets are flat and easy to navigate. The River Trail is across the street and perfect for exercise or walking to town.

この宿泊施設の特徴

It's a gorgeous home that was built in 2021. Modern finishes and tons of light. The living room/dining area is large and can easily accommodate family gatherings. High-end furniture was selected for comfort and style. The Kitchen has everything you need for cooking/baking/entertaining. The bathrooms are luxurious. We love the two covered porches for enjoying the views. Everyone says how comfortable they feel in the home and we agree.
