This large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a private Hot Tub overlooking Fall River. The master bedroom has a King bed and the master bathroom has a jetted tub/shower condo. The upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The living area has sleeper sofa and cozy gas log fireplace. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has an attached dining area. Your private deck has its own private hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture. Fishing and Wildlife!

Beautiful Retreat!

Beautiful home, very clean with a great hot tub set up! We had a little trouble with our lock (user error) but they were so quick to help us and respond! Wish we could've stayed longer! Will definitely be back again.

Estes Condos was just what we wanted!

We had a wonderful stay at Estes Condos…staying in one of the Creekside Condos right on Fall River. We needed up being moved into Condo H due to an unexpected maintenance issue…but it was just as wonderful as what we expected from the condo we originally reserved. Deena at the front desk was so accommodating and responsive to our questions. The condo had all of the resources we needed and more! Loved being right on the river and so close to RMNP. Will be coming back! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Wedding trip

The stay would have been fine except for the discomfort due to the heat. I didn’t realize there was no air conditioning so we weren’t able to sleep well. Temps were in upper eighties Had to purchase fans to make it bearable. The only comfortable bed was the king. I own a condominium in Gulf Shores so any time someone leaves suggestions I accommodate

A little pricey but worth it and such a great stay

We had an amazing weekend getaway! Definitely expensive but really close to downtown Estes and the hottub was amazing. They left us a list of recommendations for places to visit and restaurants which was helpful!

Winter Wonderland

We live in a place with no snow so my children really wanted to see snow !! We were a bit skeptical because on our drive from the airport we saw not a lick of snow but once we got to Estes it was a beautiful winter wonderland!! There was not much information about how to check in but we figured it out. The cabin was AMAZING !!! Very small issues such as the washer and dryer. They were not meant to be stacked and you can tell because you cannot see what option your selecting because the controls are near the ceiling since it’s stacked. Aside from that, the dryer worked well so it was a small inconvenience and something that was obviously only done because there was no other way Maybe there could just be a stool provided? The toaster was broken and we had a scare where it’s started burning just the corner of the bread and smoking BUT the owner was made aware and stayed it would be replaced :) Hot tub was PERFECT !!! The fact that someone came and shoveled the snow each morning was very nice I’ve seen reviews talking about how the road being so close was an issue but we never even noticed how close we were to the road. Noise was never a problem We had neighbors on both sides but felt alone because noise was literally never an issue :) Can’t wait to come back !!

Fantastic and beautiful view

Right off the creek to hear the tranquil run of the water and crisp fall breeze. Was able to see a few elk by the creek. Fantastic stay!

Comfy cabin

Beautiful condo right near the center of Estes Park. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a good dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the hot tub especially while it was snowing!

Great location

Highly recommend staying here- your sliding glass door overlooks Fall River, which makes for a relaxing scenery to enjoy, especially when in the hot tub.
