Nice location. Nice decks over Fall River. Slightly dated but very clean unit. Too pricey but comparable with other locations this time of year. 3 minutes from RMNP entrance.

Great place to stay best feature was it's beautiful patio with an amazing view And very close to the park to boot. Owner was great to work with.

Location can’t be beat

This condo is in a peaceful spot by a babbling brook and convenient to Estes Park and the Rockies.It was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Added plus were the elk napping on the grounds one afternoon.

We loved our stay here! Very clean & well- equipped. Only thing I would have liked would have been some photos of the outside so that we'd know what to expect. The bbq grill was a bit inconvenient from the second floor and did not have much propane in it.

Fabulous stay!

Stone crushing stream - twinkling night sky - wildlife in the exterior. Clean - spacious - comfortable stay area in the interior. If one is curious to explore the Rockies, this is the place to be! [not withstanding camping grounds]

Excellent

Great Property along the river, the deck was perfect for relaxing in the morning. Saw a big Bull Elk right by our cars. The washer and dryer were locked however, and it would have been nice to wash some clothes but overall a great place to stay.

Wildwood Inn

Overall great! Had a little confusion about check in, was unsure of where to go and whether I would receive a code or keys. There were also a LOT of rules and high fees for breaking them (including a huge housekeeping fee if you didn’t wash dishes). Overall very nice, though!

Fantastic location/no personal touches

Fantastic Location/no personal touches. Aside from salt and pepper shakers dishwasher pods, and hot pads, there were no personal touches. No liquid dish soap no scrubber, no books games etc. however, the location is fantastic. Very close to Rocky Mountain national Park, Estes Park, and horseback riding. The river loves you to sleep, but office staff literally have a sign that says, “your failure to plan and prioritize, does not constitute my emergency”. Seriously.

My first time using VRBO. The person (Mercedes?) was great helping me get into the unit. The place was great, only some minor issues. The 2nd bdrm was missing a window screen (east side); the kitchen faucet was leaking; the 2nd bathroom tub was slippery, nothing to make it non-slippery—I fell; the light above the kitchen sink did not work; living room blinds did not have a rod to pull open and close; shower doors in the master bath kept coming off their track; and the stove top control knobs were not for their respective heating elements. And, I should note, the people downstairs had a young child. It was odd we could hear her constantly running across their unit and them walking and closing doors. I would have thought units would be better sound-proofed. Otherwise, we had a good time. Thank you!

Location is the key. Just down the road from Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a little hot while we were there, but the unit was well equipped with pleanty of fans. Creek running under the back deck. We had a lot of fun. We would go back again !!
