Hi Patricia! I am so sorry for the issues you encountered and would like to offer you a 15% discount on your next stay. Regarding the hot tubs, due to covid, we do have to completely drain and clean them constantly which does cause the temperature to sometimes take a while to come back up to 104. We do apologize for that inconvenience! Also, I will speak with maintenance about making sure that the snow to the hot tub is always cleared. Since we are at over 8000 feet in elevation, sometimes snow can be a bit hard to keep up with, but that is no excuse. Thank you so much for staying with us and when you reserve please make sure you mention to our staff the discount you were offered. Thanks!
