This beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath riverfront condo features a Master bedroom with a King bed. Master bathroom with over-sized jetted tub/shower combo. Upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The comfy living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and cozy gas log fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room. Your private deck has a gas grill and patio furniture. Condo overlooks beautiful Fall River. Lots of wildlife! Wi-Fi, games, movies, free river fishing!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, but in a different property. The location is perfect. Only three miles from RMNP. Bugle Pointe A12 was a wonderful setting for our family to make memories. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and check in/check out was a breeze. This is the only place we will stay when we come back.

Peaceful stay close to downtown Estes Park

Great stay. Would have given 5 stars but the unit has no air-conditioning and the weather was hot.

RMNP Adventure

Great location to access the Rocky Mountain National Park. Relaxing setting along the Fall River. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful Quick Trip

We got this spur of the moment and it turned out amazing. The condo was super cute - nerd moment, most of the artwork looked like it was from locals as I recognized some in the stores - the view was great by the river, and location to Rocky Mountain National park was in like 5 minutes. It was great!

Lovely condo in Estes with some quirks

The property was beautiful and the sound of the river was lovely. However, the neighbors smoked constantly and we had to keep our windows and sliding door closed because of the amount of cigarette smoke wafting in. Also, the sliding glass door kept sticking and there were no screens on the living room windows. Loved the area of Estes that it was in. The communication was a little confusing - I got a text saying they would give me details the day before arrival and when I texted back saying that it was the day before and we still hadn't received anything, they sent me a text saying they give instructions on the day of arrival not day before so that was a little confusing. The cleaners were waiting by our door while we were packing up and trying to get out so that was a little awkward. Other than that, we had a lovely time and the balcony facing the river was lovely.

nice little place

This was a nice little place to stay. There was a lot of noise from our neighbors who got in to 1:00 AM and were very loud banging into walls and screaming all night. Our property itself was quaint and nice. overall good experience

Situated on the river and not far from the entry of the RMNP, Estes Park Condos Bugle Pointe 12 is wonderful. Very comfortable and the office staff are great. Just a heads up: don’t waste money on a fishing license because there appears to be zero fish in the river.
