Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean and well stocked. FYI: The hall closet needs to be rehung. We heard a crash and found the iron and pillows on the floor as well as the shelf. Remote to the tv in the bedroom wouldn’t work. Bodywash was empty. Loved the pool area and easy walk to the ocean. Great seafood restaurants!

Nice little place if you just need a place to sleep at night. I wouldn't pick this place if I was hoping to hang out in my rental at all, but it worked great for our purposes of just a place to sleep. Clean and simple!

Ok but could be better

I thought the up stairs guests were very noisy late at night.. the house could have been deep cleaned an the doors did NOT lock right! The top lock on the double door would not stayed locked..

Mattress was TERRIBLE, box springs too-every little movement made the bed squeak. 10 digits to get in the door-is that really necessary-often took several tries, very frustrating. Door security was questionable at best-french doors with locking pins that are missing or non-functional. Water pressure in the sink was very low. Otherwise, clean and updated.

Paradise!

Sunrise Garden was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway! Centrally located to the beach, bike rentals, coffee, & amazing food, this cute little bungalow was exactly what we were looking for. We hope to be back!

Loved the complex just not this unit

Pros: This complex is an adorable, quaint, old Florida style complex. Very convenient for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool and grounds were well kept. Any maintenance people I interacted with were very nice and responsive to what they could take care of. Cons: Unit 4 is one of, I believe 4, units that have an upper unit. Something needs to be done to cut down on the noise transfer from the upper unit. It was as if Big Foot was walking around. I was awakened every time the upper tenants got up to use the bathroom. And if they were very early risers, my sleeping in was ruined the moment they got up and started moving around. Also, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Both of these issues were pointed out to local Vacasa personnel. Summary: I would stay here again IF the mattresses are replaced and I was in one of the units with no unit above.

Location was great, close to anything we needed, beach was 7-8 minute walk in one direction or 2 minutes in another. We appreciated the included parking. Washer and dryer outside not terribly convenient. There were appropriate amenities. The space was small as expected but not as clean as pictures show. There was a dead cockroach on top of the fridge and filters were very dirty in closet. The bed and couch pullout where not terribly comfortable.

Cottage #4 at 512 Spring Ave AMI

The cottage is in an ideal location to view both sunsets and sunrises. It was clean and amply stocked and perfect for the two of us and our dogs. Our only recommendation is to have a reading lamp beside the couch in the living room (we both like to read and it was difficult after dark.) It was our 1st visit to AMI and we would gladly return to this cottage for another visit.

Excellent apartment and location

Excellent apartment, very clean and functional. Very good location, 1/2 block walk to the beach on one side of the island, 3 1/2 blocks walk to the beach on the other side, restaurants, deli and stores at walking distance.

So Sad. Used to be great

Too many issues to list. Rude staff, my unit was in shambles. Broken fence laying on my patio, broken night stands thrown in bushes behind my unit, towel rack ripped off my bathroom wall, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. I stepped in someone’s dogs poop in the walk way between my unit and the pool, rudest staff member continuously parked in my designated parking spot. This property was incredible when it was privately owned. I have stayed her multiple times over the past 10 years and decided to bring my parents this year after really talking the place up to them. I was embarrassed and mortified by the condition and staff. I felt like I spent the majority of my vacation apologizing to my family for booking this place. Was always a gem on Anna Maria now it’s definitely a dud. Boooo Vacasa.
