Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo met the description and expectations. Having access to the pool was nice. My one single complaint is the host not responding in a timely manner, but other than that the stay was smooth sailing!
This is where the balcony faces- I was always confused looking at the photos so here ya go!

The room was as described, clean and simple. The room didn’t have a plunger, and when I requested one the first evening, they said someone would be around immediately to help. They weren’t, the on-site property manager was off for 2 days & wasn’t actually notified. I ended up driving 30 mins away to a Walmart at 9:30pm for a plunger so I could have use of my bathroom.

My daughter and I enjoyed a girls trip last weekend in this perfect staycation spot. The property was clean and well appointed with cute decor too. Perfect location for our weekend getaway from Tampa to our favorite island!

Quiet Getaway Holmes Beach

Great location about 5 min drive to north Anna Maria beach or 10 min walk to the bay side for beach. Loved getting to walk to several local restaurants and would definitely recommend trying Ginny’s and Jane E’s for pastries and coffee.

The lady and I had an excellent stay!! She was pampered with reality TV in the suite. The pool was cooling in the Florida heat, meat was sizzling on the grill constantly, and the endless ASMR of the giant crickets all over.

Close to the beach, local shops, restaurants and more. Pool is a plus! Common areas can be maintained a bit better but no major issues. The unit where we stayed can have some updates as well which I already communicated to the property management.

The location is really great and pool area was very nice. The unit itself could use a little tlc. We stayed for four nights so it worked fine for the two of us. The walls could use some paint and the bathroom itself could use a remodel. There was a shelf falling off the wall and it just needed a refresh. The water pressure was weak but it worked.

Nice place!

I enjoyed the rental. I could have done without the steps. I did not even consider that my place would have steps. Very clean and quiet. I ended up leaving early because of a family emergency up North. I really enjoyed the time I was there. I would rent again!

The place was cute and clean, but unfortunately i wasn't able to enjoy it or the pool because of the house under contruction next door, very loud banging and machines all day. Very dissapointed

Need some updates

The unit was clean,but the outside needs alot of work. The pool grounds need to be clean up and the outside area need a lot of upgrades. Unit 14 was clean but also need improvements, one of the TV did not work and the view was not that pleasant. Close to the beach and shops. The pool area really need to be clean daily and the grounds. Nice place but just need some upgrades.

When we visited the home, we noticed the Wi-Fi service was weak when connecting to the TV, but we scheduled an appointment with the internet provider to address this issue. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to the outdoor area, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!

The room itself was super cute and super clean. It also stayed nice and cool. However the location of the room wasn’t the best as it is right up against a rental house. Our last night was pretty rough…partiers came in next door with their dogs and had us up until 4:30am. Luckily the first two nights were quiet. The bathroom door does not close easily, you have to slam it. Also, the code to get in the room was 9 digits and that was a bit cumbersome. The pool was HOT..no chillers. And one of the remotes was missing a battery. That being said, for the price we paid we still had a decent stay.

We will pass along your feedback to our property management team for consideration. We apologize for the inconvenience of the missing battery in the remote. We will ensure that our housekeeping team checks and replaces batteries in all remotes before each guest's arrival. One Night

The place was very clean and comfy, however the pool area was a bit dirty and the pool needs some tender loving care. They had nice pool towels available. The bathroom in our room was very clean, however the shower did not drain properly. Halfway through the shower you are standing in ankle deep water. The shower head is about six feet tall so it is a challenge for a tall person to enjoy the shower. The bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way closed. We didn’t use the kitchen. We went out for our meals. We ate at the Waterfront Restaurant for lunch and dinner, all our meals there were scrumptious. The beach is a little under a ten minute walk and worth it. The sun rise at the pier is gorgeous also worth walking to. We thought it would be $200.00 for the night, but when we paid all the fees it was $525.00 for one night which in my opinion this place is not worth $525.00 for the night. Don’t book it through VRBO save the money and book it with Vacasa.

Housekeeping on site was so kind and helpful. We had some trouble with door code and thankfully the vacasa office was still open and she was able to tell us the code to the key box as the door passcode would not work The property overall was cute and quaint No fancy frills but quiet and clean. We used the grill (could only get 1 of the three to work) and pool many times Our toilet did make a very strange sound for a while after every flush. But worked well still Nice location. Had a golf cart and groceries delivered with no problem Happy vacation spot for sure

Fantastic

Perfect for a quick getaway. About 1/2 block from the bay and 3 blocks from the beach. Could walk to all kinds of excellent restaurants and loved the free trolly around the island. Our condo was about the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and everything was just as advertised.
