Dreamscape 30: Your Luxury Beachfront Escape

Luxury Family Beachfront Condo at Dreamscape 30 with the remodeled rear balconies completed! Come witness the best unobstructed views that Ramsgate has to offer! This unit sits the closest to the beach with the additional bonus of West facing windows to really capture the beauty of the Emerald Coast! When walking into the condo, you will find a well-appointed kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite counters. The spacious living area opens to a freshly updated balcony that overlooks the pristine beach. The master bedroom also has an updated balcony with breathtaking views in addition to having a king bed, private bath with double sinks, and a walk-in shower. The guest room has two twin beds, built-in twin bunk beds, and easy access to the second bath with a walk-in shower. This condo comes complete with a full-size washer and dryer that are discreetly tucked away in the entry cabinets. When you decide to walk down to the beach, you can relax on the complimentary beach set that is included in your stay from March - October, at no cost to you!

Guest/Parking Registration is to be done through Guest Services. You will receive an email to enter your vehicle information and a one-time payment of $35.00/per vehicle. No physical pass is needed in the vehicle; however, all vehicles must be registered.

​​​​​​​Located at the far west end of Front Beach Road adjacent to Carillon Beach/30A. This Ramsgate Harbour Condo is located on 550 feet of private beach just for you. There is a heated pool overlooking the Gulf of America, an outdoor restroom facility, grilling areas, and covered parking that is directly beneath the building. A short drive west is the beautiful Camp Helen State Park where you will find kayaks and canoes for rent, hiking trails.

There are many local attractions and activities, such as Bay Point Golf Club: Nicklaus Course, Dave Busters, Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Sunset Cruise, Island Time Sailing: Shell Island Snorkel Sail, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Sky Wheel PCB: Combo Wheel Golf, Duplin Winery, Wonder Works PCB, Rock-it-Lanes and Ripley s Believe It or Not, to name a few.

Arrived earlier, was allowed to enter the property 30 minutes early with no charges. Contacted owner on cleanliness of the property and the issues were addressed in a timely manner. Location of property was the best. Beaches were not crowded at all.

Beautifully renovated and has all the amenities you could want

We have been coming to Ramsgate Harbour for years and this unit was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. We look forward to renting this unit again in the future.

Beautiful Apartment!

We loved the condo. Everything is brand new and stylish. A lot of attention has been given to the design. Great views, just upstairs from the beach. Close to grocery and restaurants. Right between 30A and Panama City. Our only regret was the lack of a dishwasher. Otherwise, fantastic.

Great spot with an unbelievable beach

We’ve stayed in this complex before, but first time in this unit. The kids loved the bunk beds! We have no complaints about our stay. I will clarify that there is no dishwasher in this unit (which I didn’t realize when I booked this unit) but that wasn’t a big deal to us. A few wear and tear items like cracked tile in bathrooms and a spot on the floor in the kitchen, but that didn’t impact our enjoyment at all! Tip for the beach lovers: bring your own transportable beach chairs to bring to the waters edge, this unit didn’t have any besides the stationary loungers. This condo complex is a hidden gem! We would definitely come back to this unit again.

I made a mistake in my booking and the rental company was able to move us to another property to accommodate my mistake. I’m so grateful for their flexibility. The views from the balconies were amazing! Also the master bed was so comfortable... I need to figure out what kind of mattress it was. Nice walking/running lane on road for running. We also loved being so close to grocery. You can walk. Beach service was also awesome. So easy to just walk out to the beautiful (uncrowded beach) we went to Miramar beach for a day and could not believe how congested it was. The decor and layout of the condo was better than I expected. Everything was beautiful and cozy.

Wonderful Beach Week!

We have stayed at Ramsgate several times over the last 20 years. We keep coming back because of the great location on the beach, proximity to local attractions and lack of crowds. This unit has been completely renovated and the pictures accurately show how beautiful it is. Gorgeous views of the beach and sunsets from the windows and balconies! The property manager, Diana, was great to work with and responded to our inquiries very quickly. We had a wonderful week and left wishing we could stay longer. Would definitely stay here again!

Mostly satisfied

Overall was great. The beach service was sketchy. I was sent his number with check in info. When I called him he said they should have notified him the day before. Fortunately for us we had our own. Hairs and there was already an umbrella out there. Also they took our stuff down the night before we checked out. When we went out to the beach the morning of our check out day our umbrella and cushions were gone. This was disappointing since we didn’t have to check out till 10:00.

Great vacation rental right on the beach

We really loved our stay at this property. Everything was so clean, pretty, and comfortable. We had a group of 6 adult family members and we were able to all fit. The beach being right off the balcony is the best part of the property. I would recommend!

Awesome Everything

The condo was awesome, the beach was even better. Amazing beachfront view from the balcony. The gamechanger was Diana! She was on top of everything and made sure our stay was wonderful.

The wonderfully updated interior was perfect for our small family.We opted to use our own umbrellas & chairs rather than the beach service so we could be closer to the water. Got a paddle board for half the week and saw wildlife close up *please note-my husband likes to paddle out a bit and we already have our own snorkel gear; But a pod of dolphins went by him! You could even see dolphins from the balcony! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
