This 9-story direct oceanfront complex with its wide variety of amenities is a customer favorite. 2 and 3 bedroom units are available and all units come fully stocked with all the necessary amenities of home. Boasting a large heated swimming pool, sauna, putting green, shuffle board, free high speed wireless internet and ample free parking you will find this the ideal place for a nice relaxing vacation, and it is perfect for corporate travelers as well. View the cruise ships and rocket launches from your own private balcony. (7 nights minimum stay is required/mandated by the City of Cape Canaveral).

Awesome views

We really enjoyed our stay at CT so much. The views were spectacular along with the sounds of the waves coming to shore. We couldn’t ask for anything better. The kitchen was supplied well and the laundry was a special treat with the washer/dryer all in one!!! The beds were comfy and that is important to me. We will be back again!!!

When we got to the condo, we were looking for the lock box with the keys - couldn’t find it. Eventually drove to the other building and back. This was definitely our fault for not reading the directions entirely but still got us off on the wrong foot. Then we entered the condo and there were several broken closet doors. Then while unloading things we found bugs in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I took pictures and messaged the host saying we were no longer comfortable staying there, as we have children and don’t want to risk anything. When googling the pictures of the bugs it came back as cockroaches. We asked to check out and Lynn worked with us to get a refund. The place would have been nice, if we hadn’t had a problem with bugs. Overall, we won’t be back but Lynn was great to work with.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards and immediately following your arrival, we had the unit professionally inspected deep-cleaned and serviced by pest control. No issues were identified at that time or since with the recent guests in the condo. We aim to please and will continue with preventative maintenance to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
