Thank you for taking the time to provide your detailed feedback. I’m glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness and updates to the condo. However, I’m sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the stairs, the lack of a view and outdoor seating, and the discrepancies between the listing and the actual amenities. I understand how these issues could be frustrating, especially when they impact your comfort and convenience. We will address the concerns regarding the fireplace, coffee filters, hair dryer, and the slippery shower. Ensuring safety and providing essential amenities are top priorities for us, and I’m sorry these details were overlooked. Your feedback about the location and the need for a map is noted. We will consider providing additional information to help guests navigate the area more easily. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
