Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the unit itself was clean and well equipped. We’re very sorry, however, that noise from the upper unit disrupted your first night so significantly. We understand how frustrating it is to be unable to sleep after a full day of travel and activities, especially when loud voices, music, and heavy footsteps continue late into the night. We also apologize that your messages did not receive the level of response you expected. If 24/7 availability is communicated, guests should feel supported when an issue arises, particularly during nighttime hours. We appreciate you bringing both the noise concern and communication issue to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with our management team so we can review how after-hours concerns are handled and make expectations for lower-unit stays as clear as possible for future guests.

Dear Phyllis, Thank you for the review! The location is tough to beat. I am very happy that you enjoyed what a Northern Michigan Escapes property has to offer. We look forward to seeing you again! Staff at Northern Michigan Escapes

It’s great to know the kids enjoyed the family room—it’s always a win when they have space to play and unwind! We’re also glad you appreciated the accommodations and the close proximity to the lodge. Convenience and comfort are what we strive for, and it’s rewarding to know we delivered on both for your visit. Thank you again for choosing Northern Michigan Escapes. We’d be thrilled to host you and your family again for another memorable stay!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo clean and nice, though we're sorry your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that the condo does not have a sofa sleeper, and it is not advertised as including one. We always aim to provide accurate descriptions so guests can plan accordingly. We’re also sorry to hear about the noise from neighboring units and that it felt cold during your stay—we’ll look into both concerns to see how we can improve. We appreciate your comments and thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for rating your stay an 8/10 at Disciples Ridge 735. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the great location near Boyne Mountain Resort, the SkyBridge, and Avalanche Bay, as well as the comfortable beds, spacious family room, and smooth check-in and check-out process. It’s wonderful to know that the condo provided a relaxing and convenient base for your Northern Michigan getaway. We truly appreciate your honest feedback about noise from the unit above and the areas needing deeper cleaning. We’re sorry that this impacted your experience and have already passed your comments along to our housekeeping and property management teams. A deep clean is being scheduled, and we’ll remind future guests about quiet hours to ensure a more peaceful stay for everyone. Your kind remarks about the condo’s comfort and layout mean a lot to us. At Northern Michigan Escapes, we strive to provide well-maintained, cozy, and family-friendly accommodations close to all Boyne Mountain attractions. Thank you again for your thoughtful review, and we hope to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable stay next time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the property nice overall, but we’re sorry there were several issues that affected your stay. We apologize for the delayed check-in due to the code not being issued on time. We understand how frustrating that can be when guests are ready to arrive and settle in, and we’re glad it was eventually resolved. We’re also sorry to hear that you found multiple ticks inside the property during your stay. That is certainly concerning and will be shared with our housekeeping and pest control teams so the property can be inspected and treated as needed. Thank you as well for mentioning the toilet paper supply. The bathroom should be properly stocked before arrival, and we’ll review that with our team. Regarding the extra night and rate concern, we’re sorry for any confusion. Pricing can vary by date, demand, fees, and booking terms, but we understand your concern if the amount charged appeared higher than advertised. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so it can be reviewed. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both the positives and the areas where we need to improve.

Hello Kristy, Thank you for the positive review! We are happy you had a comfortable stay with us and look forward to seeing you in the future. Sincerely, The Staff at Northern Michigan Escapes

Anastasia, We are so glad that you were able to enjoy a great couples weekend and all of the beauty Northern Michigan has to offer in the fall. We are sorry that the Wi-Fi was spotty! There are multiple routers in the unit to disperse the signal, but we cannot guarantee how strong the signal is coming in. That would be an issue with the provider, which would be out of our control. We hope to see you all again on your next trip to Northern Michigan. Staff of Northern Michigan Escapes

We are so happy to hear that your stay was convenient and thank you for the 4 stars. We appreciate your notes and will definitely make corrections where we can as our goal is always to make every guest feel completely relaxed and at peace.

Lori, thank you for taking time to leave a review. I am so glad that you had a nice stay, and loved the location of the condo, and found it to be nice, and clean, and cozy despite the upstairs neighbors. We would love the opportunity to help you with a future Northern Michigan stay. Please bookmark our website for your convenience. Jodi, Northern Michigan Escapes

Melinda, thank you for your review and your feedback. We appreciate it. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that you found your condo clean and roomy. I am sorry for the noisy neighbors. That can be a difficult thing to manage with the condos in close proximity. Not everyone is considerate of those around them. We have alerted the owner as to the situation with the beds. Hopefully we can help you with future Northern Michigan stays. We would love the opportunity. Jodi, Northern Michigan Escapes

Hi Aimee, thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. Natural light is definitely lacking some with some of the lower units that are in the wooded areas. We have alerted the owner for the bedding suggestion. We are glad to hear that despite this, you enjoyed your stay, and the location of the condo. We would love to help you with future trips to Northern Michigan. Jodi, Northern Michigan Escapes
