Waterfront Single-row Beauty, Perfect for Family Getaways

Welcome to our beach house "Chloe's Cove". This is truly a Beach Front house with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, located in Kahala Estates. Guests will enjoy the spacious living and giant picture windows overlooking the ocean from every room. This unique house has unobstructed gulf views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms. With an elevator that services all levels of the home, large decks that wrap around the house and a dune walkover to the beach, this is the perfect getaway for your family & friends.

** RULES TO BOOK**

-Guests must be at least 25 y.o to rent this property: a person who rents this house should be one of the guests (not just booking for someone else). I. D. will be required
- Out of consideration for our neighbors prom, graduation, spring break parties, youth groups with or without adult supervision, bachelor (-ette), weddings or any other parties are NOT permitted.
-Strictly NON-smokers only (including e-cigarettes)
-Pets of any kind are NOT permitted, NO EXCEPTIONS.
-We welcome families, with or without children. Please know before you book, our house is NOT CHILD-PROOFED. Also there is no furniture for taking care of small kids.
-We accept reservations based on the number of guests provided with the ORIGINAL booking., for this reason ONLY the number of guests mentioned DURING the reservation will be allowed to stay in the house. Adding extra guest(s), no matter of age, to the confirmed reservation is NOT permitted.
-There is an Elevator that services all floors. The Elevator is regularly serviced and maintained in good working order. Use is at your own risk.
- Strictly NO Rv's, Campers or 5th Wheel can be parked on the property or the neighborhood.

PARKING :: uncovered parking for up to 6 cars. No Garage access.
KITCHEN :: Kitchen is Fully Stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils; Refrigerator, 2 Ovens, Electric Cooktop, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle.
LIVING ROOM :: 75inch UHD, Smart TV. Board Games.
BEDROOMS :: Each Bedroom has a UHD, Smart TV. Linens are provided and BATHROOMS :: Towels are provided
LAUNDRY ROOM : Washer & Dryer
GROUND LEVEL 1 :: Outdoor Shower, Picnic Table, Dune Walkover to the Beach

WIFI :: High-speed WIFI throughout the home.

Cable :: We provide access to Netflix and Cable TV. Guests can also log into their own Amazon Prime, Hulu or other smart TV apps to stream shows or movies.

Each window is equipped with Electronic Shutters.

Beach Access:: Dune Walkover to the beach.

NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect your travel plans. We can assure our guests that we continue to be detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning of all surfaces and linens during the turnover each time. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Amazing Beachfront Home

This home is truly spectacular. Everything was beautifully appointed with high quality materials and items organized for convenience. The location was ideal - away from the crowds and giving us essentially a private beach. Our family and friends enjoyed the huge beachfront patio and firepit. We’ll definitely be back.

Great family fun

We had a very enjoyable and memorable time. The house is clean and spacious. The deck is pleasantly well shaded late in the afternoon and provides a great cool area to enjoy the ocean breeze and view. It was also great having access to a private beach complete with well organized amenities such as boogie boards, sand toys, and a canopy tent.

Beautiful home!

Despite the horrible weather almost the entire weekend, our family had a wonderful time at this gorgeous house creating great memories and bonding time! So many personal touches added to the charm and feeling of welcome in this home. Sabrina is a wonderful, helpful host and we appreciated her almost instant response to us! A wonderful vacation home!

Wonderful!

I did a fairly thorough search prior to selecting a house for our vacation. I selected this one and am so glad I did. Myself and family absolutely loved every aspect of the home. The location is very convenient, it’s quiet and right on the beach. The home was spotless when we arrived and very well appointed. Everything worked as advertised. All communications with the property manager were answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property.

Little family getaway

Renting the property was easy. We are very thankful the property owner accommodated us in changing the dates when I became sick with covid/pneumonia. It was a much needed relaxing time. Great memories made with my family that could attend.

Had a great stay with family and grandchildren- beautiful house- great location- access to beach in the backyard- as with all houses there were a few things needed repair but over all a beautiful house - 4 yr old grandkids said they never want to leave!! Great vacation!

Great property

Overall the property is amazing. The location is away from most of the activity of the island, which is exactly what we were looking for. There were some minor inconveniences with a couple of items in the home needing repair, but communication with the owner was prompt and considerate. Great place.

Everybody loved it

I was first impressed with how well the home had been cleaned before our arrival. Although we had a large group, there were plenty of "hang-out" places inside and on multiple decks) so that people could sometimes break into small groups for their own interests. Even multiple TVs for different entertainment interests. Beach access was great, and the patio shower was a nice touch. Some earlier reviewer commented about people going down the driveway, but that must have been at a spring-break or holiday when people were desperate for access. All Galveston beaches are public, but this felt almost private because there only a few joggers or shell hunters on the beach. This property is 20 minutes west of the main beaches and around a mile west of the nearest public access parking lot. The home was well equipped for all our needs, and everything worked as advertised. Our 8-yr-old said it was "amazing". One adult exclaimed, "I wonder what celebrity lived here."

Great place!

This is a fantastic option if you want to stay on the west end of Galveston Island! Lots of room, well equipped kitchen, great beach access, and lots of amenities. My family and I had a great time and will be coming back in the future.

Wonderful!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! If you want a private secluded beach for your family with no traffic this is the place to stay. The house was great and had all the amenities that we could ask for included with it, Such as beach towels beach chairs beach umbrellas, anything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. There are stores nearby so you don’t have to drive all the way in to Galveston. We are so happy we picked this place and we would love to come back soon!

Beautiful Home located directly on Beach

The house was in a perfect location. The house was stunning and love the backyard decks. Everything was great. The ONLY 2 things I would complain about would be a lot of people were going through our driveway to get to the beach. Many of the people argued with us saying the driveway wasn’t private property and they had the right to walk through the house because the beach is public. I would just lock your cars. And the second thing is the “bedroom” where the bunkbeds are isn’t really a bedroom… it’s pretty much in a hallway. Other than that everything was great. The owner is very nice and answered quickly.

Great Family Vacation

Quiet, beautiful location on the beach. My husbands and I had a wonderful vacation with our kids and their grandparents. Wonderful views of the beach from each room, spacious common areas, and comfortable balcony seating.

Amazing Views and Great Customer Service

This house was simply beautiful and had the best views. We enjoyed the large deck and the elevator allowed my elderly parents to reach all floors. The hostess went out of her way to add special touches to our trip. This was the best Mother's Day weekend ever!
