Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $150 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: There is parking for up to 6 cars. Please plan to carpool if necessary.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious outdoor entertainment area, featuring the inviting pool and hot tub. Enjoy casual gatherings or quiet relaxation here after a day of fishing or exploring the canals. Also located downstairs is easy access to your private boat dock, making canal adventures effortless.
Entering the main living level, an open-concept space connects the kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room—ideal for socializing and spending quality time together. Just outside is a spacious sun deck, offering picturesque views and perfect spots to savor morning coffee. This level features two primary bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. One of the suites also includes its own coffee bar and mini-fridge for added convenience.
Upstairs there are four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Two of these rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms—one with a king-size bed, and the other with a queen and a full-size bed. The remaining two rooms are designed as bunk rooms: one includes two full-over-full bunk bed sets, while the other features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a triple twin bunk bed. An additional family room upstairs provides a cozy space for movie nights or a relaxing afternoon indoors, while another large balcony offers sweeping canal views to enjoy the island breeze.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. No parties or prom groups.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Maximum of 2 dogs (under 50 pounds)
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
