The building has an ideal location right in front of the port of Nice and its luxurious yachts, in a lively neighborhood (the apartment overlooks another street. Perfect location for a fantastic vacation!!!

Nestor & Jeeves Service = excellent from the first moment we booked the appartement, during our vacation and after leaving Nice. The 'Nestor & Jeeves'-App was a perfect support, too. The appartement was 100% as described: Clean, well equipped, perfect location (close to old town, Promenade des Anglais, tram, public undeground car park directly opposite, etc., etc., etc.) I can only recommend 'Nestor & Jeeves'!!! Of Course, 'Nestor & Jeeves' will be my first choice for my next holiday in NICE. And 'Thanks' to the entire 'Nestor & Jeeves'-team for making our holiday perfect!!! Harald

A wonderful place

Beautifully renovated. Close to tram and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Only small things. Coat rack in the hallways hits the door when it opens. More power outlets (or add power strips) throughout appartment would be nice - could not charge phone and have nightstand lamp on.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment.

Lovely apartment. The location was excellent, really close to the tram and a lovely stroll into the old town. There are some lovely little bars in the location too. The apartment is really nice, decor is as the photos. The building is a little shabby and didn't smell great but when you walk into the apartment it's a different story. It was spotless, the shower is really good, rooms are spacious and it had everything we need. It was a little expensive and we had to pick up the keys in a different location and as it was late at night, we got a taxi from the airport and he waited for us to bring us to the apartment but it wasn't far. The tram goes right to the airport so we were just being safe as we didn't know where we were going. I would definitely stay here again and Nice is amazing.

No oven. Unlike VRBO rentals, no one to meet us.Had to be p/u keys elsewhere.

Shutters loose and rotting. BACK door in has graffiti on steps. Window between wrought iron is broken in half. Dingy halls and once you step into foyer there is a rectangular cut out of tile missing. Could be such a detriment. NOT IN OLD TOWN. AT HARBOR, absolutely no view.

L’appartement est très bien situé. Les services de la conciergerie étaient très bien. La tranquillité est à noter. Les services tels que boulangerie ,,alimentation et restaurants sont à proximité de l’appartement L’absence de téléviseur dans le salon

bien situé. Conciergerie réactive quand nous avons eu un problème avec le rideau qui s'est détaché. 1) Problème important avec les volets qui se bloquent en restant ouverts. Impossible de les fermer sans risquer de tomber. donc lumière du jour qui empêche de dormir. D'autre part, les volets de la salle de séjour ne peuvent s'ouvrir et se ferment au moindre vent. 2) difficile de regarder la TV dans les chambres sur des chaises pas confortables. Allongés sur le lit pas vident. 3) Manque dans la cuisine: panier à pain, simple presse fruit, four utile quand on reste longtemps.
