Great stay at this wonderful flat. The balcony was perfect for a beach/water view and everything happening near the water. So convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Laundry was convenient and the shower was great!! Will stay here again!

Absolutely amazing view and location! The balcony pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all was well-kept and very clean. We definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was fabulous and every bit as advertised. The location and view cannot be beat. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Anne provided us all the information we needed to fully make the most of our first stay in Nice. The proximity to the beaches, local bakeries, and nearby array of restaurants was perfect. Highly recommend and would very happily stay here again!

Great place, great host. The apartment and location was everything we hoped it would be. The place was clean and close to everything. The view from the balcony was amazing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family/friends.

There are no words to describe how amazing this apartment is, but I’ll try. It is the best rental we have stayed in, and we travel a LOT. The view is breathtaking, it’s 3 bedrooms, so plenty of space for our family of four and right on the Promenade des Anglais, which means you have a multitude of beaches to choose from right across the street and numerous restaurants right outside the door. If that’s not enough, Ségolène, who manages the rental, left chilled wine and water in the fridge for us on our arrival and was quick to respond anytime we had a question or need. We stayed 5 nights and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I cannot rave enough about what an extraordinary place this is. We will definitely, definitely be back!

We had an unforgettable stay at this apartment in Nice! Located right along the promenade, the apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and stocked with every amenity we could need and more-it was home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony overlooking the beach, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed our mornings out there reading, playing cards, and watching the planes come and go—it was truly exceptional. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Old Town and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We all cannot wait to go back!

French Riviera

The location is ideal, fifth floor condo w balcony across the street from the beach. The condo was clean, access is easy, host was nice, was there when we arrived to let us into the unit. Restaurants were nearby. Everything was great. The only disappointment was there was no soap or shampoo in the unit. We had to run out to the store in the morning to stock up.

The apartment is a wonderful home for a Riviera vacation. It’s easily accessible, right where you want to be on the promenade. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, with everything we needed. Our host was very kind and quick in replying to our questions. We would love to come back!

Loved the location!!

Great rental within walkable distance from Old Nice and steps from the beach! Loved sitting in the terrace with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Two lifts in the building and was very clean and spacious. Only tiny suggestion is new pillows in the master but otherwise we loved everything!

Riviera Apartment

What an amazing apartment. Spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with a lovely outdoor space. The apartment is in prime location on the seafront with bakeries and supermarkets nearby. It's about a 20 minute walk to the old town or train station and a 5 minute walk to the tram. We spent most of our time at the apartment sitting on the balcony admiring the view and watching the planes take off. Good communication with the host. Would highly recommend.

Well maintained, excellent location to explore Nice, with all the amenities needed. Great views from the balcony. Anne was great with the check in and provided great communication for our stay. Would return if visiting Nice again. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect for a family stay (actually way exceeded expectations). Segalene was incredibly helpful and responsive. The listing does not do justice to it recently being renovated really well and insulated glass doors effectively mitigating noise on what can be a busy Prom Des Anglais. Thanks so much!!

Un séjour parfait en famille face à la Méditerranée

Nous avons passé un séjour de 5 jours / 4 nuits à Nice, et ce fut une expérience mémorable, en grande partie grâce à cet appartement exceptionnel offrant une vue à couper le souffle.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié la simplicité du check-in et du check-out, rendue encore plus agréable par la grande souplesse de la propriétaire concernant les horaires.L’appartement est parfaitement agencé avec trois véritables chambres, idéales pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Mais le véritable atout de ce logement reste sans conteste sa terrasse et sa vue imprenable. Depuis le salon, on a l'impression d'être sur un bateau : un panorama infini sur la mer, du bleu à perte de vue… un vrai spectacle dont on ne se lasse pas !Seul petit bémol : la Promenade des Anglais peut être bruyante en journée, mais les chambres étant situées à l’arrière, les nuits restent parfaitement calmes.Côté localisation, l’appartement est idéalement placé : accès direct à la Promenade des Anglais, proximité immédiate du tram pour rejoindre le Vieux Nice (pratique si l'on ne veut pas marcher 20 minutes), et facilité d'accès au port et aux autres quartiers de la ville.En résumé, un séjour parfait en famille, dans un cadre idyllique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Lovely Apartment Overlooking the Sea and The Promenade Anglaise.

This is a lovely apartment on the 5th floor of a grand block overlooking the Promenade Anglaise. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The bedrooms are fine with comfortable beds and the shower is excellent. The flat is very well situated near supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes and only a short walk from the tram station. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and the washing machine is excellent. We appreciated, very much, not being asked to pay extra for a baby cot. We had been charged an inflated sum two years ago, by another agent in Nice. Thank you!
