Ideally located to visit Paris, you will stay in a typical parisian family appartment surounded by lots of touristic places.
In a traditional courtyard of Faubourg Saint Antoine, the appartment is modern and decorated with taste.
Walkthrough location : Bastille, Aligre market, Le Marais, Gare de Lyon...
3 metro stations around the place : Bastille (line 1), Ledru Rollin (line 8), Gare de Lyon (line 1 + RER A - direct to Disneyland Paris and major touristic places).

Kids friendly, we have 2 little girls (6 and 8 y.o) living with us.

Terrific Paris Stay

Our family of 5 were delighted to stay in this Paris Condo. It is situated in a great location. The 3 bedrooms suited us well and having the use of a washer and dryer was a real plus. The owner was helpful and always responded quickly to questions. We had a delightful stay.

Wonderful location, Great place for a family.

Virgile was a great host. The apartment was very clean and perfectly suited for our family, each kid had a room to themselves. It is so close to everything, food, metro, shopping. Very easy to navigate the city from this location. We were very happy with our stay, and would book again when back in Paris.

Stay during Paris 2024

The apartment was very nice and clean when we arrived. Had excellent space for a family with a 6 yr old. Virgile was easy to communicate with.

Lovely home and location

Lovely, spacious, and clean apartment in a great location just blocks from the Bastille. Virgile and Laura were wonderful hosts, very attentive and responsive both before and during our visit. This space would especially be great for families, but worked well for 3 friends traveling together. We had a very comfortable stay, the home has all the amenities you'd need and even some unexpected luxuries like a dishwasher. I hope to be back again in the future!

Wonderful experience

First, the location is very nice. Closer to everything than we anticipated. Access to the Metro is exceptionally convenient, but the property is very quiet. The apartment worked well for a family of 4 with two teenage girls. They each had their own room to decompress at the end of the day, which was also great for the parents. The hosts were fantastic. Always helpful, very responsive and friendly.

Geräumiges, familienfreundliches Apartment

Die Wohnung war perfekt für den 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt unserer Famile (3 Kinder, 6, 5, 1 Jahre) in Paris. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und zentral und ruhig gelegen. Unsere Kinder hatten große Freude daran die vorhandenen verschiedenen Spielsachen auszuprobieren. Die Kommunikation mit Virgilie war hervorragend. Bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen.

10 jours à Paris !

Merveilleux séjour à Paris ! La localisation est superbe! A 2 pas du métro Ledru qui vous mène à presque toutes les attractions. Il y a des resto sans gluten presque partout ! Une épicerie à 2 pas aussi qu’un bistro vino!!! L’appartement est vraiment super. Le salon -cuisine vaut de l’or! 5 grandes fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes sur une cours intérieure !!! De très grandes fenêtres peuvent aussi être ouvertes dans chacune des chambres. Un courant d’air naturel climatise l’appartement. L’appartement donne sur une cours intérieur, c’est tranquille. Nous étions 5. Points forts : le salon est grand et la chambre de parent est isolée de celles des enfants ;) Sinon, le seul point à améliorer: il pourrait avoir plus de truc pour cuisiner. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir louer votre appartement! Bistro à 2 pas et épicerie aussi.
