Apartment in SAINT PAUL-LE MARAIS, between rue de Rivoli and rue des Rosiers. Nearby Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum, BHV, Louvre Museum. A stone's throw from the Saint Paul metro (line 1) and buses (69-76-96). In a quiet street (but at a stone throw of all amenities: bakeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, luxury shops, ...), beautiful seventeenth century building, first floor, 3-room apartment, 70sqm, high ceilings, entrance, living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and shower room, individual gas central heating, Large four-poster bed (160x200) and 2 benches that can be converted in the living room. The apartment is furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay (bedding, crockery, etc.). A 10% discount applies to stays of at least one week (7 nights). Videos on demand.

Bernard was a charming and welcoming host, with plenty of good suggestions for places to visit in the area. The flat itself is spacious and the location (on a quiet street but a block or two from an active thoroughfare with stores, restaurants, a metro station, and everything you could need) is excellent.

Location, location, location!!! The perfect neighborhood for strolling, shopping, eating & taking in the local culture. Away from the maddening crowds but within easy reach by boat or bus to all the must see attractions.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

The apartment is spacious and in the perfect location w shops and restaurants a half block away. The host, Bernie, is attentive and very welcoming. Would come back in a flash and highly recommended.

I wish I had more than 5 stars to give this property! It is a classic, charming Parisian apartment right in the middle of the Marais. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are just outside the door and it's a five minute walk to the Metro. Inside is everything you need to cook a gourmet meal with ingredients from the grocers just down the street (cheesemonger, fishmonger, bakeries galore, butcher...). The apartment is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is large for Paris. And Bernard is a gracious and lovely host who is very knowledgeable about the area. We hope to return again!

Where to begin…this apartment is out of a movie set. Exactly what I dreamed an apartment in Paris would be. The beds, including the futons, were very comfortable with mattress toppers. Bernard was a great host. His hospitality and support to enjoy the city were much appreciated. I would rent this apartment in the future.

The property had the charm of seventeenth century Paris. Location was amazing. Half mile walk to Notre Dame. Walking distance to plenty of wonderful shops and dining options. It was the perfect place to stay for my first trip to Paris.

The apartment feels very homey and is in a great area for food and shopping. Specifically, Au Bourguignon du Marais for some divine bourguignon and the Jimmy Fairly store for a sick pair of Parisian sunglasses. Plus, the closest metro station is a five-minute walk for easy access to the rest of the city. Bernie was extremely flexible with our check-in/check-out process, and he even left an extra fan outside our door to make sure we were keeping cool! Overall, a nice home away from home for your visit to the City of Lights!

This was a great apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The courtyard coming in gives it a special secluded feeling. It was conveniently on the first floor. The location was close to numerous stores, cafes, restaurants, metro, and bus stop. It was an easy walk to many sites we wanted to see. Bernard was a fantastic host. Communication was great along the way and he met us at the apartment when we arrived to show us where everything was which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was very bright and a nice place to just relax in between activities. If ( hopefully when) we come back to Paris we would love to stay here again.

Bernie met us personally and allowed us in early which is always a big plus. The apartment is quite stylish and very comfortable. Really Bernie’s photos don’t do it justice. But best of all for us was the location. Rue des Rosiers and Rue Vieille du Temple are steps away as it is in the heart of the Marais. We’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Perfection

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our trip to Paris. Located among shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transit. We could walk to the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre, and more. Our host was attentive and checked in with us multiple times before and during our stay. The apartment is large and well appointed with anything you might need. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Paris.

A perfect gem of an appartment for your Parisian adventures!Bernard's apartment was a perfect base for our week in Paris. Bernard was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. He was the perfect host meeting us at the apartment and giving us a list of recommendations for the area. The location was perfect. Very close to all Paris attractions in a pedestrian friendly area. The area has shopping, cafes, bakeries.The apartment was spotless and well stocked. The 2 couches for extra sleeping come with Temperpedic styles mattress toppers providing a firm yet cushy bed. The living room also has doors that close making it a completely separate room.The style of the apartment is between modern french and classic french - very french! I will be returning to Paris next year and plan to book this apartment well in advance!

Awesome experience--great location

We loved this property. It's a beautiful home but the best part is the location. It was only a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame/the Seine. And it's a 5 minute walk to a great subway station--the #1 gets you to most places. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. The living room includes 2 pull out sofas but they are not your regular uncomfortable pull out sofas--look at the picture closely. Our adult daughter stayed on one of those beds and the doors to the living room can close for privacy. We "camped out" in the beautiful dining room so she really had her own room. It's a trendy neighborhood with lots of places to eat. More than anything, I can't tell you how much we loved the location!
