Apartment of 64 m2 on the 1nd floor with private elevator that arrives in your room. Facing the subway, modern decoration, free WIFI, flat screen in the living room and in the room, sheets and towels provided.

A transfer service is available if you want to be picked up at the airport

After an unusal check-in experience all went well. Great location for us, close to the Strassbourg-Saint Denis metro station. Great time in Paris to start our 60th wedding anniversary tour!

Not quite up to expectations

The apartment is really quite good. The faucet in the bathroom was extremely loose and was a nuisance. The apartment was clean and functional in general. The dishes need some updating. More towels would have been nice but more were provided promptly after we asked for more. One negative that surprised us was the large number of streetwalkers literally beside the entrance to the building but they did not distract from our visit. Overall, with a few small tweaks this place would be amazing.

I was told to call for the key 15 minutes before I got to the property. I did and then waited another 15 minutes for the key to arrive by a gentleman that stated he has 28 properties to deal with. That was a was stated to explain leaving us outside stranded until he came with luggage. Then he advised one of the two air conditioners did not work and would not be repaired to operational condition during our stay. The glamorous pictures on the selling page are accurate for what the large and airy main room actually looks like. The amenities like coffee, soap and cleaning products was also well done. The shower was perfect. Hot water was near instant and plentiful. I loved this aspect of the apartment the best. Forget being quiet however. It was loud outside day and night being in an area of high ethnicity and prostitutes on the corners. Amazingly I got used the world music blaring at all hours of the day and night. Plus a super loud pro Palastine parade outside the window one early evening! As far as being secure the entrance included a jail cell like electronic steel door. The apartment is super secure. Taking everything into account my overall rating is average. However, if location and security are primary to your needs it could be the apartment for you in Paris. The location is absolutely perfect to do anywhere with the metro steps away. I believe the owner(s) owe me a partial refund for 1 of 2 air conditioner working.
