コンドミニアムは3ベッドルーム、2バスルームです（下記の説明を参照）。 コンドミニアムにはフルキッチン、リビング/ダイニングエリア、プライベートデッキ、洗濯機/乾燥機もあります。マスターベッドルームはクローゼットと専用バスルームがあるスイートです。 更新されたフラットスクリーンテレビ（リビングルームと2ベッドルーム）、ブルーレイ/ DVDプレーヤー、ケーブルテレビ、WIFIを備えた2階ユニットです。

コンドミニアムは季節ごとにエアコンが施されています。3つのベッドルームのそれぞれに、外部に排気する10,000 BTUのポータブルエアコンがあります。 各ユニットは400 SQ FTの面積をカバーできます。 ポータブルエアコンのモデルはハネウェルMN10CESです。 これらのユニットはマンションに保管されており、夏の間は設置される予定です。

ニューハンプシャー州のホワイトマウンテン地方にはそれがすべて揃っています。 コンドミニアムは、スキー、ハイキング、スイミングエリア、素晴らしいダイニング、そしてアウトレットショッピングからわずか数分です。

Great room close to several hikes near the white mountains, bed was comfortable, I did not realize when booking that the stay did not include towels and linens, other then that was a great stay. I would suggest that it be noted more visibly in the listing.

This is the second time we stayed here. The condo has everything you need. Clean well stocked great location. Pool was warm for this time of year. The grounds were very clean. Would stay here a year after year.

Fall Foliage

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s condo. The views were spectacular from the deck. It is a quiet neighborhood and very private. The property had all the amenities of home and very comfortable. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Communication was great with prompt response to questions. The area provided much to do with shopping, good restaurants, and many opportunities to see the fall colors. We hope to return again with the family. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Paradise with stunning views!

This condo was a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation or a busy one--your choice. Once you arrive though, you may never want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck. The view was beautiful and the chairs were high so the railing did not impede your view. (Would love to know where to purchase these chairs!) Upgraded inside with top-of-the line appliances, televisions, comfy couches, etc. Lots of storage. Just perfect. It wasn't a big deal at all to bring our own sheets and make the beds and bring our own towels. We will definitely return in the future.

Amazing View, Comfort of Home

ant to start by saying that I was initially worried about the location so close to the woods, fearing it might have that damp, musty smell I've encountered in other North Conway rentals. Thankfully, those concerns were completely unfounded. The place was incredible—immaculately clean and wonderfully comfortable. One feature I really appreciated was not needing a physical key; I can't tell you how many keys I’ve lost over the years. The entry process was seamless. I also loved that each bedroom had phone chargers; it's such a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances were in excellent condition. Having both a coffee pot and a Keurig was a great bonus, and the washer and dryer made me wish I had new ones at home! The location was ideal, just a short distance from all the local attractions. Plus, the TVs were all smart TVs—just a reminder to log out before you leave! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bunk beds were quite sturdy. Just a heads up: you will need to bring your own bedding and towels, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Parking is conveniently located right across from the condo entrance. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the view from the back deck is absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay here again! I didn’t need to reach out to the owner during my stay, but I’m sure he would have responded promptly if I had any questions. Thanks for the great stay. My kids and myself loved your place.

Perfect stay in the middle of everything

Our party of 3 adults and 1 child absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless and cozy. We were so close to everything we wanted to do (living shores aquarium, shopping in north conway, and swimming holes). The deck was also beautiful with comfortable chairs and an amazing view. Simply Amazing Place to Stay!

The condo was perfect and exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The views were stunning of Cathedral Ledge and White Horse Ledge right from the balcony. The entire process from check in to check out was almost too easy! Owner was very informative about the area and very prompt with answers to our many questions. We also enjoyed walking around the property and the pool. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo with a beautiful view

The condo was great. Neat and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The view from the deck is beautiful. Our only issue is that we did not know that linens were not included so we had to make a quick trip to Wal-Mart. It was stated in one of the emails but I think it should be stated in the main description as most VRBOs include linens.

We absolutely loved our stay! My children did not want to leave and loved waking up to the gorgeous mountain view. It definitely made for extra work having to bring sheets and towels but we enjoyed it otherwjse!!

The perfect place to stay!

Inside, the condo was impeccably clean and well laid out. Communications with the owners was a breeze. The location was great. It was close enough to everything to be convenient, but elevated just enough to feel away from it all. The pool was excellent. We were in it everyday. The highlight was the mountain view. We could have spent even more time just sitting there overlooking the mountains while having coffee in the morning or while gazing at the stars at night. We highly recommend this property. We will look to stay there again in the future.

I've always considered New Hampshire my second home. As a child, my parents would take me to the North Conway area a few times yearly. My fondest memories took place in this fantastic area of New England. From skiing to visiting places like Santa's Village and Story Land, my most incredible days were spent in the White Mountain Region with family and friends. The area gave me even more fun and thrill-seeking as I grew older. I took an adventure in hiking Mount Washington and other great trails, waterfall seeking, mountain biking, river swimming, canoeing, and much more. Now that I am a husband and father, I enjoy all these amazing adventures in a fun and different aspect. Taking my family to these treasured places means the world to me. My son and daughter love the area, the condo and its amenities, and the new memories we get to make today. The shopping and restaurants are terrific, and the fun-filled days seem never-ending. Our condo located in Eagle Ridge has a beautiful pool, tennis court, and rolling hills to throw a frisbee or play catch. We enjoy going for lovely walks no matter what time of year. It's the perfect "jump-off point" for much to do in the White Mountains region. We are ideally located to find adventures quickly and then return to the serenity of tranquil evenings at a place we love to call our second home. And How can I forget... the views from the condo... well it's breathtaking.
