Facilities were wonderful, it was rainy so we took advantage of the pool, spa and sauna! Very clean and inviting. Space was as described and very accommodating. Only suggestion is to identify in description, this is on the 3rd floor and requires a few flights of stairs inside as well as the outside set to building which was in the pics. My husband has mobility issues and struggled with the extra stairs.

Great property. The host helped me out with an issue. Area is great for families. Grilling area,basketball tennis courts, pool and fire pits were the highlights. Close to various swimming holes like the Saco river, Diana’s bath and echo lake. We’ll be back next year!!!❤️

Spacious and convenient location

The condo was spacious and the kids loved having the loft to themselves. We enjoyed the club house and utilized the pool and ping pong. The location was convenient to the activities that we had planned and to shopping and restaurants. We felt safe and secure as we needed a key and a code to enter the building. The cleaning of the condo could have been a little better. There were crumbs and hair on the floor in the living room. Mold in the potted plant, mildew on shower curtains, and the dishwasher was full of dishes upon our arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This property had plenty of room for our family and was very clean. The location was great for us, as we were going to Story Land and it was just a short distance away.

Favorite unit at Seasons!

Everything was perfect. Nicely updated unit with many thoughtful touches, good location not far from the clubhouse. Somehow felt more spacious than similar units, plenty of room for parents, two kids, and an auntie. The view out of the rear porches (upper and lower) feels like your own little house in the forest; you’d never think you’re in the middle of condos. The condo amenities are right there; if you don’t know Seasons it’s a great spot — indoor pool, huge hot tub/spa, sauna, arcade, and a nice circle through the resort for running.Host was a dream to work with, unit very clean and straightforward check in and check out. 10/10 would gladly stay again!

Great location! Great kitchen! Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was as described. There were several sets of stairs to get into the unit and a steep set of stairs to the 2 bunk beds on very top floor - so if you have little kids or elderly members of your group, you'll want to consider this. We traveled with a "special needs" sister (in her 60's) who did take time to get up the stairs, but it was manageable, and we just had her sleep in lower level. The kitchen was great! It was quiet while we were there except for one evening when a family of 5 arrived after 11pm. The host was SUPER! Answered the many questions I had and was very responsive. The location fabulous for Mt. Washington, North Conway Railroad. The washer wasn't in working order when we arrived, I sent messenger message to host he apologized, indicated it had gone out recently and he was able to give me closest laundromat location. Dryer was working. We didn't use TV's or internet, or community building. Again, host was great, responsive, and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, very clean, large space

Stayed with another family. Great location. Condo was spacious, clean, comfortable. Kids loved the loft! Fall foliage was at its peak. We would definitely return!

Lovely Condo

Condo was in a lovely quite area and had everything we need - bed was super soft - Michael was quick to respond to questions - lots to do in the area - Flume Gorge and Diane's Bath definitely worth a visit - fav restaurants was the Red Fox and Flatbread - thank you for a lovely visit.

Great location in Bartlett NH

The condo was a perfect size for our party of 5. It was very close to Storyland and North Conway plus Cathedral Ledge and Diana’s Baths. The host communications were great.

Perfect location

It was a perfect location for everything. We were about 30 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The house was perfect.

Dirty

The complex itself is filthy. The clubhouse where the pool is smells terrible, like feet. To get to the playground advertised you have to walk down a very old set of stairs that are not safe. There’s no easy way to get a stroller down. The actual condo was small, but so hot. There were 2 air conditioners but unless you slept in the master bedroom, you were hot. You couldn’t make any noise or the owner would text you and tell you too loud. It was 5:30 and we had small children making noise and we were told to be quiet. Would not recommend.

Great family getaway

Perfect place for a family to stay. Property was clean and quiet. Everything we needed was there. Close to Storyland. Loved the indoor pool. Lots for the kids to do. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very clean and quiet. My 2 favorite things. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. The host was great and everyone at the club house was great as well.

Great place. Close to story land

The condo is beautiful overlooking the woods. Place was clean with plenty of linens and even a washer/dryer. Unfortunately my Kids were obsessed with climbing the stairs but they are only 2. Lots of cookware, glasses, grill outside. Clubhouse is ok for the older kids (we don’t have any) but the playground is great and away from the street. Definitely recommend.

Great Northern NH Location

Comfortable and spacious located in a great northern New Hampshire spot. Common areas a little dated and indoor pool is not heated if visiting in the winter. All in all though a good destination at an affordable price.

Mid March stay

We had a lovely time at Michael’s place at Seasons at Attitash. The instructions to gain access were clear and the process was smooth. I did not realize there would a separate VRBO charge. There was not much open that we could fb d j terms if attractions due to the time of year, I suppose, but we enjoyed driving around and taking in nature. The condo was just the right size for the 5 of us and included a high chair and pack n play (good looking out!!) which was most helpful. It was only a short walk to the clubhouse where we could play ping pong, billiards, and some arcade games or check out the pool. The clubhouse was clean and the staff were friendly. Thank you, Michael!
