Welcome to The Coyote Sunset! Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Media room, and Pool & Spa with Baja shelf. Home sleeps 8 with Wi-Fi and two smart TV's. Minutes away from boat launch at Havasu Riviera, London Bridge, golf course, & restaurants. You will love this home and enjoy the view of the lake and the gorgeous sunsets from the backyard. Home has boat parking available on site.

Very nice stay

Everything was immaculate. Extremely quiet at night. Located close to everything. Host responded immediately when I text her any questions. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pool is extremely cold. I’m sure later in the year it is fine. And no propane for the outside fire. I would definitely stay there again. 4.8 stars. B

Amazing property

The pictures really don’t do the house justice. Such a great property and the outdoor space has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable, location was great! Highly recommend this property and Irma was very helpful and responds within minutes, very sweet lady.

Great house for families !

I had the pleasure of working with Irma during my recent rental of the Havasu property over Memorial Day week. From start to finish, she was a consummate professional and made the rental process a breeze. The house itself was immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was a particular highlight, offering a refreshing respite from the hot Arizona sun. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Irma and renting this property. Spring Break 2023

Great location and neighborhood! Just minutes away from London Bridge, walking paths along the beach, and grocery stores. The house was impeccably clean, plenty of outdoor seating, and the beds were VERY comfortable, thank you! Highly recommended!

Great property in Lake Havasu!

The property was located in a nice area! I would recommend this place to my friends and family. The furnishing were beautiful, the living room and kitchen are very spacious, the bedrooms were a good size also. I highly recommend this property!
